★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place for a rest (R&R). The hotel was showing signs of needing a refurb in places. The staff we're always busy and happy to help, but they could do with smiling. They all looked so unhappy. The location is remote with the hotel being at the bottom of a very step road, but for our needs it was perfect. The hotel does provide a free bus / coach to Corfu Town which was approx 45 mins away, but it has no air conditioning and is extremely uncomfortable because of the heat. The food was varied and plentiful which we couldn't really fault. The rooms are ok, with what appeared to be strange times to clean them. Ours was usually done between 4pm and 6pm, every second or third day. We think they were cleaned twice during our weeks stay. They do come with air conditioning which is very much needed. The sea and views of the bay overlooking the mountains of Albania were stunning which brought a smile to your face everytime you saw them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great views, at the foot of a steep hill so unable to walk far unless pretty fit. Can get around by boat and bus but not cheap. Main activity appears to be sunbeds. Nice but rammed pool area. Service is efficient but rarely with a smile. In my opinion lacks ambience of any kind. Mealtimes more of a ritual than an experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nissaki Beach Hotel. Third visit here in Corfu. Rooms have been added with swim up pools and renovations done. Food is great especially lunch buffet by the pool. All inclusive as away from town but shuttle and boat trips available. Chef helped with dietry allergy problems with special meals cooked all done beautifully. Beach pebbly but clean blue sea and walks either side to other bays. Fabulous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only downside if this beautiful hotel was the bedroom. Not enough housekeepers to provide great service. On three occasions we had to chase for clean towels, the only thing that seemed to be done everyday was the bed remade. Bathrooms definitely need updating. It sounds petty but you don’t expect to have to wash cups and glasses daily, these really should be changed. Bins should be emptied daily and mini fridge restocked daily ( this didn’t happen at all).
Such a shame as the rest of the hotel perfect. Food excellent and staff professional and friendly.
Unfortunately we would not holiday here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really enjoyed our stay here and would return! Beautiful hotel, lovely food for all kinds of eaters and a very peaceful stay. Yes the hotel is remote but that’s exactly why we decided to stay here! It was wonderful and we were very happy to stay at the hotel and chill out - would recommend renting a boat though as this was a great day out!
Some tips - Cons are the air conditioning which was pretty much useless so bring a small USB fan if you can! We had some difficulty sleeping due to this. Another con is that restaurant staff can be somewhat inattentive once you’re sat down meaning you go without a drink at times, however you can see they are always super busy so just make sure you flag someone down for your drink asap. Room cleaning is hit and miss.
Wasps are NOT at all an issue unlike some other reviews have stated (i am terrified of wasps so trust me when i say). Mixture of ages. Cats are healthy and looked after. Pool bar staff are fantastic and really friendly. Evening entertainment is chilled. The spa was nice but definitely pricey, €250 for a couples massage! Just get the cheapest one they do instead.
Everything was as I expected and the hotel lives up to its high ratings. Great value and looking forward to coming back in the future :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoyed an excellent week at this hotel! There's a lot to say really:
Location - we hired a car for this trip so actually really enjoyed the remote location as it meant the views and beach felt really unspoilt and unique. This part of Corfu is quite mountainous so beach-front very much means you'll be down a big hill.
Rooms - our room was exactly as expected from the pics we'd seen beforehand. Spacious, modern and clean. The cleaning schedule for rooms is a little erratic, I presume because of covid, which we didn't mind apart from we missed getting a big bottle of water in our fridge each day which we did have the first few days but then it stopped.
Food - we didn't have a bad meal all week, the buffet restaurants always had a good variety and fresh food was constantly being brought out, the serving areas were being cleaned etc. The Al a carte restaurant is also excellent, definitely book when you first arrive as the food there was really tasty and the service was lovely too.
Drinks - drinks were generally pretty good, nice variation of cocktails and the wine/beer were pretty good for an all-inclusive. We like drinks really ice cold so we found we were asking for extra ice a lot but that's probably just our preference! Only negative is that service for drinks when in the buffet restaurants is quite slow! We'd sometimes be halfway through dinner before somebody came to ask what we'd like to drink and it was rare we'd ever get a second drink during the meal. This could be as it's still a lower staff level as it's early in the season though!
Overall the service was great all week, all the staff were so lovely and work really hard! Would really recommend this hotel, it's been great value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After reading some bad reports on this hotel, I felt I had to put a review on. We went for a relaxing do nothing week and that is why we booked this hotel. We were lucky enough to get a suite for the same price as a general room, whats not to like. Please don't expect to have evening walks or easy access to shops, this hotel does exactly what is says on the web. To say they had opened up after a 2 year covid closure I was impressed with my room, food and all the staff. Its a lovely hotel and the views are stunning, the staff never stop and try to please everyone, keep up the good work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is a very remote location with nothing locally but it does enjoy a location where all the sunbeds get full sun all day. So if your ideal holiday is sleep eat and tan then this is ideal, if you like a little life consider somewhere else. The rooms are on the small side but adequate and the entire hotel is clean. The main down side is the food. Hot food was a rarity often lukewarm and on occasion downright cold! After a week the lack of verity became noticeable after two weeks it was a disappointment. The lunch offering included a Greek style wrap, pleasant enough but not every day! A burger or hot dog would have been welcome. Chips were served every evening but never at lunch. The hotel description and the in-room info both state the pool side bar served snacks… No, it does not and for someone who likes a mid-morning snack it did not go down well.
