At first they told me that they would have given me a Toyota i20 2015 model.
When I got the car I did not realize immediately that it was not at all a 2015 model, it was a model from 2010.
When I tried to get an explanation on why they gave me a different thing from what they told me, they said that it was impossible that it was a 2010 car (I have pictures of the car and I can prove that it is not a 2015 model).
The owner of the car (Giannis is his name) said that he could do nothing to help me in this situation as he continued to say that all cars from 2008 to 2020 have the same price (seems strange to me) but the fact wasnβt the price, the fact is that he gave me a 5 years older car than he told me in the first place.
In the end he told me that he would have given me a discount voucher, just to have a discount on any future rental on his company.
Now I donβt even know when I will and if I will come back to Zakynthos, but one thing is sure, if I am ever coming back here, I will NOT be renting a car from them for any reason in the world.
Hope this helps anyone who is wondering if they are honest or not, for me the answer is no.

He told us before we can go everywere and we did it. We were driving very happy without any problems. Definetly i can recomand this rental company! Thank you so much!!! :D

β β β β β Many thanks to Yiannis. Excellent service, large choice of cars, very close to the airport, about 2 min. Iβd personally recommend to hire a car because a scooter for exploring is not the more comfortable option and the quad seemed to be slow even if you can go off-road you spend more of your journeys driving. Give to Explore Rentals a try!
