Green Motion Car Rental Zakynthos Airport - Unnamed Road

Totally not recommend! They wanted to give us an old car as a "special offer" for 50€/day and we asked if we had insurance included in this price and they said yes, basic. Ok until here.... but they wanted to charge us extra 340€ just in case something happen with the car. They didn't seem trustworthy because they keep insisted that if we have a little scratch on the front bumper they have to change it and the cost will be even higher than 340€ for them, so we are lucky we pay 340€ because if something happens we don't have to pay extra except this deposit....really? In what world you change the entire bumper if it get scratched? After that we decided to get a refund and we did not rent that car from there anymore. (BTW I have rented a car from somewhere else for the same price and that car was new. Only 1300 km on board) By the way, customer experience is ZERO for them. It's not polite to talk in greek language with each other when the client is asking something...

RUN AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO RUIN YOUR HOLIDAYS! READ BEFORE RENTING A CAR WITH THEM! This is the sleaziest car rental agency I've ever been. Don't be seduced by the low prices because car and customer service quality are even lower. I've rented a Fiat Panda online using Opodo and when I got there they gave me a 10 year old, beaten up, dented, scratched, repainted Fiat Panda. The car was on ridiculously bad condition with the paint flaking off, foggy front headlights and the check engine light on. The reverse light wasn't working as well (found that out later). When I asked if I could have another car the manager got sassy with me and said that for the amount I had payed that was the only car he had available. He also said that if I didn't want the car I should just leave. Extremely rude and sarcastic with no reason since I treated him with respect at all times. One day I woke up to find that the front tire had, for no reason, lost a lot of air and wasn't possible to change because one of the studs was kind of hidden and not accessible (as you can see in the picture). I had to carefully and slowly drive the car to nearest gas station to get the tire filled up again. To summarize, stay away from this agency. For my luck, I didn't have any trouble returning the car like many others had (mainly because I showed up way earlier than I was supposed to). I also contacted my bank to have the 806 € charge removed manually as soon as the car was returned. These guys are crooks, they don't act in good faith and will certainly give you a very bad experience. The price of dealing with their traps, rudeness and ruining your holidays is for sure way higher than what you would save by chosing their cheap cars.

An excellent experience, the car was perfect for our needs and the staff very helpful, we will use you again and have already recommended you to our friends.

Reasonably priced, and service superb. Slight problem with air conditioner. When we returned, problem immediately fixed. Our 1st go-to for rental next time!!!!!

Terrible experience, shame on booking.com for sending bookers to this horrible company and shame on Green Motion for franchising their business to those running it with just poor customer experience. Refused to take a debit card (first time ever) for the authorisation, therefore they charged £60.00 extra insurance as no additional card. They then require £340 as their deposit. On inspection of the car, we enquired with what appeared to be the male owners in his late 50s (Saffias I think) and were trying to mark minor scratches. Given what appeared like quite sketchy owners this seemed a normal thing to do. After trying to show the owner some minor scratches and if we should mark them, he then went to aggressively grab the documentation from my hand and walk inside the office. A major red flag, owner confronted, and I took the document. He tried to grab it back to the point where there was a heated confrontation where I hate to state the issue and wanted to mark the scratches. He kept on saying, "ok ok", and persisted to grab the document. Conclusion, we ended up putting the scratches on the document with signature, but had no confidence this guy would be taking money from my deposit. Never met someone with such aggression and lack of customer service. Will not be booking my car with booking.com and advise people to stay away from this company until their reviews and processes improve.

We have rented this car for 200€, one week. We had no problems with the staff, but the car have problems: no good brake, no clutch. No safe!

They were very helpful, car was clean and just a few minor nicks, but really good. Went around with the rep and took photos which was not a problem. Only one thing is that they stated at location that the deposit that I paid on my card will not be credited until 2 working weeks. A bit strange but let's see what happens.
