Budget - Zakynthos Airport

Di solito quando mi sposto in aereo per raggiungere le località, sia per lavoro che per svago, mi appoggio a questa società di noleggio. Ormai è diventata una routine per me, prenotare un genere di auto e quando arrivo presso l'aeroporto di destinazione, l'auto non è mai quella che ho prenotato. Ma se non è disponibile, perché mi date la possibilità di prenotarla? Dite che siete spiacenti e che l'auto o il Suv scelto, non è disponibile. Credo che sia più corretto, per lo meno non si ha questa sgradevole sorpresa, che alla lunga irrita. Non credo di essere stato il solo ad avere questo problema. Chissà perché quando mi appoggio ad un'altra società di noleggio, ciò non accade, anzi scelgo il Suv (se automatico o no) ed addirittura il colore dell'immagine che appare sul voucher di prenotazione, corrisponde perfettamente a ciò che mi consegnano in parcheggio!

I booked from my city and when arrived we found exactly what we asked for. After one week we gave back the car and no fee has been assigned to my American Express as stated by the receipt we received. The same excellent service as I expected, nothing less. Highly recommended.

We hired a car from Budget and went to the office in Zakynthos Town to collect it. When we arrived, we saw that the office was shut and started to worry. Thankfully, a local told us that we needed to pick the car up from the airport because they had another office there. He called us a taxi and the driver dropped us off next to the airport at another office called Budget. We went inside and a gentleman sitting at his desk asked how he could help us. We said that we had been to the office in the Town and that it was closed, so we came to the airport office. He was lovely and obviously could see that it was an inconvenience. He apologised and said that we had yet again arrived at the wrong office and that we needed to go to the offices inside the airport itself. Thankfully, before we could even think about getting stressed, the very kind man apologised and informed us that the company was at fault because they hadn't changed their address online. He offered to drive us to the airport himself, leaving his desk and his work and insisting that it was a very short trip and he'd be happy to take us. We were extremely grateful for this. In the car, the gentleman asked how long we'd be renting the car and which hotel we were staying at. We told him and he insisted upon upgrading us for the inconvenience and sending somebody to pick the car up directly from our hotel, to save us having to drop it back off at the airport. He also insisted upon telling his colleagues inside the airport to upgrade our car. How wonderful! Once we got to the correct office, we were met with a wonderful, very helpful and very sweet lady who couldn't do enough for us. She upgraded our car to a Hybrid, exactly like the one we have at home and confirmed that the company would collect the car from our hotel. The process of signing the paperwork was easy and everybody was so willing to help us. We even returned to the office a few minutes later to ask for a phone holder and they were more than happy to give us one. All in all, the company turned out to be fantastic with excellent customer service. Yes, we experienced a minor inconvenience with the offices, but once the address is changed on the website, other customers are unlikely to encounter any issues. Excellent service, very kind and attentive staff, an amazing and efficient car. Definitely recommend Budget in Zakynthos!
