β β β β β I had really good experience with this car rental agency. Staff of the agency was really polite and helpfull. We had fun in their fiat 500 convertable. No hidden costs or charges.

β β β β β Do not recommend this place. Payed 10eur for reservation and a the day of the pick up there is no car. German lady very disrespectful chaotic and without control of the vehicles!!

β β β β β It is really sad to write something like that about this Company!
Even they didnβt deserve a low level comment! Because the way they have been handling me were much more low then the word low!
They were just fake and unreal! At the beginning of deal they are really friendly till the time you submit them the money and sign the contract!
The lady who is speaking German (Elena) is extremely fraud, unprofessional and impolite!
They promised us a new car, but we have received a ruined and old car.
She let us to wait for a car more then 3 hours although we have paid for it in advance! ( She let us to wait for the car till. 23:30 in the night).
A big theatre because of 1-2 liters of fuel.
She was extremely loud on the street and her older colleague ( may be her boyfriend from her ) warned us that they are members of Mafia and if I continue to discuss with them, I gonna lose my life because the named people are able to do everything what ever they want.
The lady has just teared the contract and let us to go at the midnight without the car.
In case if she deletes my comment I gonna post it to every site in Internet with all pictures and and contact details.
My final word :
She has just destroyed our holidays and left a very bad experience from Crete .
Never and ever again!!!
Now as I see they are having different Sites to confuse the people and just to fraud them ! Even Elena K. (Auto Travel Employee) was rating the Sites with 5 stars to improve/ Increase the ratings of Sites ! Unbelievable

β β β β β Very bad experience with this car hire company. Yesterday we booked a car was told the price was 30euros including full insurance. Paid with a 50euro note but only received 10euro change, however, when we went back to collect the car this morning they then wanted 1500euro deposit on a credit card, which we were not told about before, instead we chose to pay an additional 19 euros on top of the insurance we had before to cover things like windscreen damage, tyres, scratches even though this should have been included in the full insurance. The lady then wanted us to pay another 20euros for the car, even though we had already paid 40euros the day before. We told her about the wrong change we received and she argued with us saying this is not possible there was no problem with the tills. We were then told the boss would check the cameras so we sat there waiting and nothing happened, we said we will cancel the car hire and have our money back to which she refused as the car was then not hired out. The lady then went and served another customer while we were waiting. We ended up leaving without a car and no apology and are now 40 euros down and left very disappointed with the customer service. Never in the 10-15 years Iβve visited Greece have I experienced such terrible customer service. We were left very disappointed and unsatisfied with the service we received and out of pocket. Completely ruined our day.
