Würde generell immer die volle Versicherung empfehlen ohne Eigenbeteiligung, der Verkehr auf Kreta ist speziell. Wenn man dann vorsichtig und umsichtig fährt, ist man save. Der Preis ist extrem fair, bzw sehr niedrig. Wenn wieder in Chersonisos, dann Auto nur von hier!!!! Danke
Uncomplicated and good, short, understandable advice (in German on request). Price-performance ratio very good. I would generally always recommend full insurance with no deductible, the traffic in Crete is special. If you drive carefully and carefully, you are safe. The price is extremely fair or very low. De preț pentru chiria mașinii nu are rost sa va spun, trebuie să negociați, mai ales că sunteți în Grecia, dar mai ales că vă aflați i CRETA.
Distracție maximă.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auto gehuurd bij deze zaak, volgens mij maakt het bijna niks uit bij welk bedrijfje je gaat. Fijn geholpen, er werd gekeken naar welke opties het beste bij je paste. Tips: vraag altijd door naar kosten die er eventueel bij kunnen komen en check de auto zelf voordat je gaat rijden door eventueel foto's van bestaande schade te maken.
Verder nette prijzen bij het bedrijf (rond 60 euro betaald exclusief brandstof) en daarvoor een nette auto gekregen.
Rented a car from this business, I think it makes almost no difference which company you go to. Great help, we looked at which options suited you best. Tips: always ask about costs that may be added and check the car yourself before you drive by taking photos of existing damage.
Furthermore, decent prices at the company (paid around 60 euros excluding fuel) and received a neat car for that.

Wypożyczalismy z żoną Fiata 500 cabrio z mysla o jezdzie dwoch osob.
Po wyspie przejechalismy, w trzy dni 500 km i zwiedziliśmy jej wschodnią część.
Przy okazji z czystym sumieniem polecamy plaże Vai i Voulisme.
Wracajac do wypozyczalni Autotravel samochód czysty, zadbany, po prostu extra.
Mieszkaliśmy w hotelu Albatros tuż przy samej wypożyczalni. Parking przy hotelu to koszt 8€, wiec auto zostawialismy codziennie na parkingu wypożyczalni za darmo.
Nasza obsługą zajmowała się Maria, której bardzo, bardzo dziękujemy za profesjonalizm i ludzkie podejście do drugiego człowieka.
Super car rental with very nice and competent staff.
My wife and I rented a Fiat 500 convertible with two people in mind.
In three days we traveled around the island for 500 km and visited its eastern part.
By the way, with a clear conscience, we recommend the beaches of Vai and Voulisme.
Coming back to the Autotravel rental, the car is clean, well-kept, just extra.
We stayed at the Albatros hotel right next to the rental shop itself. Parking at the hotel costs 8 €, so we left the car every day in the car park for free.
Our service was handled by Maria, whom we thank very, very much for her professionalism and human approach to other people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never rent a car here!!! They are swindlers! When we took a car after some days they proposed to wash it, they washed it but all they damaged it and said that we did it. And we had to pay for this damage. We are sure that we didn't do this damage. They also say you some price but after they count a lot of taxes and so on...

First of all, this situation happened to my sister. After our travels, we booked EXACTLY THIS CAR and left a deposit of 100 euros. We ask FIVE TIMES if this car will really be there after one week. You check and said its free after one week! Thats why we left 100eur deposit.
1. When my sister flew on vacation and came to pick up the reserved car, it was obviously a lie that the car was coming out of Heraklion. After an hour, it became clear that the car had not even moved from Heraklion. All that hour of time was lying.
2. An "Alternative" offer, an old model car for the same money (50eur per day)
3. The next lie is that the new car will be in the evening. Of course there was no car, just a lie was thought of.
4. When your sister said that your old car was unsuitable and asked for a refund of € 50 from the € 100 deposit, another generation started lying that you had to pay taxes as well. So one day renting an old VW Polo cost 95 euros when we paid 50 euros for the new one with full insurance.
As a family-scammer for business, I wish to go bankrupt as soon as possible. You lie in every sentence to just deceive a person and take money from him. Instead of a conscientious business, you choose to lie. Epilogue:
1. Lied about the car
2. Due to missing taxes taken on the old car double. 95 euros instead of the agreed 50 euros (after all, 50 euros had to be the price with taxes, we paid you so much)
3. You have lost a circle of potential customers.
4. The only nice employee is a Russian-speaking woman, a local very unpleasant, unable to communicate with customers.
