Don't recommend it at all! We had to deal with two men of the staff - an younger one - nice and calm, and his boss or whoever - an older short man who was very rude! We had a problem with the air conditioning system during our stay and went there to report it. This man was furious and claimed that WE had done something to "break it" . He claimed also that the car should be returned clean (which it was). It had some dust, which is completely normal in Greece in summer. This person was almost yelling at us disregarding their own policies. Extremely unprofessional! We had been visiting Greece the past ten years and never had encountered such behaviour.

I rent a car from this company for my holidays in Santorini! Everything was perfect! Clean, brand new, fair price car for me and my girlfriend! The people of autoUnion are very nice and helpful! Thank you so much

Excellent customer service! They were waiting for us upon arrival at the airport and took us on a 5 minute shuttle to the car rental facility. Car was ready to go. Upon returning the car to the port, the man was ready for us.

Amazing place, really friendly staff and you get the car you expect. We booked our car an hour after landing expecting to be held up through customs with covid checks but got through in minutes. We called the number given and they came early no problem for us and welcomed us with a smile. Collecting the car was easy and even though they had checked the car for any existing damage encouraged us to check for ourselves and take any pictures for our own piece of mind which I really appreciated. Returning the car was easy simple and quick and they dropped us back off right at the front doors of the airport. As a tip for the island; go for the smallest car you can (Panda or smart car) as the roads are very narrow and you may struggle in some areas with anything bigger.

I have a very bad experience with this company. In the beginning they where very helpful and trying to find me a suitable car. They would give me a discount if I paid cash instead of by card. Thinking about it later, I think this is for tax avoiding purposes but yeah.. That’s their problem. I received a quite new car. A Citroen. Everything went well and then I had to bring back the car. An employee of this rental company directly went with his hand BENEATH THE BUMPER. So basically he went down the car to check for scratches. He then found a scratch. He said that he gave me the car without scratches. That was correct. There were no scratches on the surface of the car. BUT WHO THE HELL CHECKS BENEATH THE CAR FOR SCRATCHES?! We had a long discussion but he still wanted to charge me €100 for the scratch which I think is absolutely insane since I don’t even know if I was responsible for it and if so.. it’s a scratch beneath the vehicle. To me it felt like he tried to find a reason to charge me and especially since he directly went with his hands beneath the bumper. Like, this is the most convenient place to find a scratch, especially when driving in Santorini. I paid the €100 since he would charge it anyways from my credit card. So people, don’t rent your car with this company and if you still do.. make sure you film EVERY angle of the car and especially below the car.

Really easy and friendly car hire - will definitely use AutoUnion again. Difficult to get hold of anyone by phone, but when we did they were very friendly and helpful. Recommended.

Great rental. Panos is awesome. Great customer service. Explained the island and even gave some nice tips. Will definitely rent again.

BE AWARE! BE CAREFUL! ⚠️ ⛔️ !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The worst rent car I have ever experienced! I made a last minute reservation;the owner told me that the car- smart cabrio- had the A/C broken, he didn’t mention any other car issue! They gave me this smart as you can see extremely dirty, in the worst condition ever,not only externally but also damaged. A very dangerous vehicle to drive! The handbrake wasn’t working, extremely difficult, especially in Santorini..the car had reached 100.000klm and wasn’t serviced properly! The door lock was broken- it didn’t work after few hours- I informed the owner, he said the only solution was to return the car. Following our telephone communication I have been told to bring the car a day earlier and they would have given me back the remaining balance. When I arrived there the owner of the company attacked me verbally ,saying that he made a favour to me,due to the last minute reservation. He admitted that he is generally not renting this car anymore.. when I asked him why he rent it in this condition,he started yelling at me, offending me and he even came closer threatening my friend who helped with the reservation!!! They didn’t give the correct amount of money- difference but less- they throw away the money saying that I’m not a costumer! I have been working for almost 10 years in the hospitality section and I had never seen a similar behaviour. I was calm- answering in a calm way- that made them even more upset! I have reported this behaviour to Headquarters of Autounion! They told me that they have received other cases like mine from the specific partner with offending owner’s behavior and they are aware! Be careful!! ⚠️
