Pick up and drop off were easy and quick, and paperwork was all there.
I’d highly recommend this car rental. Just step out of the airport and go straight to this dealer. It will take you only 2 mins to reach and you will save a lot of money (we compared - the dealers inside the airport were 5 times more expensive)

Right across the airport, very easy to find. Very convenient location just outside the airport.
Rental car office just outside the airport (like literally, not even 3 mns walk) on the right of the arrival door, you just have a few stairs to walk
Very professional team. The front desk lady was super helpful, quick and efficient. Very personal and showed genuine care to make sure our trip would be as seamless as it can get.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service from this local car rental company. Car supplied, Fiat Panda, was perfect for the roads and parking on the island. Car was in excellent condition and a full walk round with the hire representative. A very short walk from arrivals. Would recommend this company to anyone. Very friendly helpful staff. We were treated as individuals not just a number as with the main hire companies. Other than the usual 30 minute form filling with the big boys, we were in the car 10 minutes after arriving at the hire desk. Turn left outside arrivals, right up some steps and then cross the road, total of 3 minute walk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a 3-day rental through Rentalcars and was a bit worried about the "off-airport location" (I usually avoid them because it means looking for a shuttle, waiting for a shuttle, taking a shuttle for 10-20 mins or more, etc...) Turns out the Volta agency is right in front of the exit of the (small) Santorini airport so it's even closer than some "in-terminal" desks in major airports!
The staff is very friendly and efficient, from Afrodite who offered us a much-appreciated convertible Fiat 500, to the inspection people who mentioned which defects were normal wear and which ones should be noted.
I'd definitely recommend Volta if you wish to explore Santorini by car.

Aphrodite was very helpful and explain everything we need to know about the car rental and she even provide us with map abd suggestion where to go around the island. Return of the car was very quick and easy. Car was also good and we got free upgrade as well.
