★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Turned up to a unmanned office, had to wait 30 minutes for any staff to come in despite this being a pre-arranged booking and us calling the day before to confirm it. Tried to charge us when we returned for pre-existing damage which they failed to write up on the check-out report, it was only because we had time and date stamped photos taken by us when we collected the car that we were able to prove we didnt do it. Dont use these guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really don't recommend this company. If you can, choose another one. They delivered a car different than what we ordered and were late, the payment is done with cash only to not pay taxes but they still take all your credit card information to charge you at their consideration. When we gave back the car, the owner was very rude because there was some sand inside (which we already cleaned the maximum possible) and decided he was going to charge us some money without our approval or any contract signed. Definitely a bad experience at the end of our trip.
