★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is friendly to handle every paper work and insurance. They provide customers with choices of auto and manual geared cars. Because of the narrow streets around the store, it is better to check the map, finding the direction out of town.

All the cars are served with an empty tank
do you know why ?
because if you leave the car with the tank not completly empty Naxos vision do it for you....They take out the gasoline left for their own consommation.....I don't think this is very fair !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We picked up the car at the port and that bit was easy. However, the rear seatbelts didn’t work and despite an engineer ‘fixing’ these, they were never right as the warning lights and sound kept coming on. The rear trunk didn’t lock and the car horn didn’t work either. The tracking was off and the central locking didn’t work. Basically the car was a bit of a wreck and not really up to the standard you would expect form a hire car. As our stay was short we decided to ‘suck it up’ rather than loose hours of our holiday time trying to get a replacement car. I would suggest trying other companies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ September 2019: I would highly NOT RECOMMEND this rental. They gave me a car with no fuel enough to get to the tank station and with motor problems. This one I had to return. The second car had not been checked and was out of oil. I had to get it to a tank station and replace the oil myself for my own safety.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has been very easy to rent a car with Naxos Vision. As we didn't really plan our trip we rented a first car for 1 week, when we finally wanted to extend the amount of time, the car was already reserved by someone else. Which is understandable. So they kindly proposed us another car, bigger, for the same price per day.
Adding to that their kindness and all their advices for the trip with the map of Naxos, I would totally recommand it !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maria was very easy to deal. Maria (the owner?) was accommodating and helpful. She gave us travel advice, and She gave us 2 booster seats for our children at no extra cost. We picked up the car at the office and dropped the car off at the port. We simply parked the car in the parking area, gave her a call, and she sent her husband to drive the car away.
