I had booked through another agent and they had some internal issues.
Not only I got my reservation cancelled the very last moment , but the owner of the rental company was very agressive at the talk as if it was me to blame.
Without a doubt I would never recommend them as a service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. Not recommended at all! They charged my card €200 as soon as I left Naxos. I was not informed by the company and when I called them they told me that the car had damages, which it didn’t!! Typical thieves scenario !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely efficient rental company. I rented cars from the office in Naxos Town on two occasions, and got good cars and excellent, friendly service both times. I cut one rental short without any problems. Will definitely rent there again on the next visit to Naxos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a very good experience for me. What they have done might be insignificant to them but it is means so much for me.
Right from the start, Anas (a short form of the name) knew how to solve the concerns and needs with matching the car preferences. Within 10-15 minutes, the car and paperworks are ready with the agreed price and the generous fuel allowance. After the car has been returned, my backpack was left behind in Naxos, unknowingly. I have left Naxos for Athens on a ferry and began frantically thinking on what to do. Joanna of Fun Car helps out by giving solution to the problem. She called the new renter of the relevant car and brought back the backpack and put it on the ferry to Athens the next day, at their own cost. I feel bad that they couldn't charge my credit card for the cost. Hence the good review here. I recommend the Fun Car Rental at Naxos for those who want a piece of mind and excellent service. They are a decent car rental who understands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They can charge your credit card on your absence after you leave the island.They will imagine that the car have a small damage and they will charge you a serious amount of money.
Cars also are not very secure,to much engine noice and not good breaks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a bad experience. They ask for your credit card upon your car booking on the till and once you take your car back (and pay), they have the audacity to charge you again. They knew I was leaving Naxos Island at 11.50am and they charged my card (again) on 1pm. Basically, we paid twice. When we phoned them all they had to say is that the car was dirty and had damages. These were false accusations. This is totally unacceptable. Definitely not recommending fun car & rides.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service and recommendations! We rented a cool little Citroen, which handled really well, was automatic and convertible for extra fun. The lady who assisted us with the rental also mapped out a few beaches and local hallmarks to check out. Great experience!
