★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! The SAME exact thing happened to me as stated below by -
Pierandrea Gatto- They gave me a car that was completely damaged from every angle on the entire vehicle. Scratches and dents all over the bumper, doors, EVERYWHERE. The hub caps totally messed up. They gave me the car with an almost EMPTY tank. We hardly even drove the car and upon return they magically found a "new dent"(here's a photo attached as PROOF) that was under the frame of the door-that was not scratched or anything. It looked like a previous dent that was painted over.- That was DEFINITELY THERE BEFORE WE GOT THE CAR along with all the other damages. And they proceeded to blame us- and yelled at us- for getting in an accident. And then charged us a random $150.00 for the damage. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a car rental company. I will NEVER rent from you again- in ANY country. We were totally ripped off.
***UPDATE: I sent an email to the customer service provided in response to my review and they did absolutely NOTHING. They still said all of this was all our fault. THANK YOU FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. You shouldn’t be allowed to operate a business such poor business morale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady who works here was so helpful! Our ferry was late but she sorted out everything out of business hours and we got the car at the port! Also during the hiring she helped us a lot.
However we can’t say the same for the car, there was pretty strong cigarette smell inside and it was also the oldest car that we hired from Avis so far. The car came with 2 bars of fuel while I was expecting to get with full fuel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were very helpful at first and we added a 2nd driver just in case. No mention of cost for this.
When we returned the car we were told we now had to pay an additional fee of 30Euro. To make it more confusing we had found out that as a Canadian I could not rent a car as I didn’t have an International Drivers Permit yet they took a copy of my DL when we picked up the car. They gladly took my 30Euro for a car I couldn’t legally drive in Greece. Lesson learned.
If from a non EU country get a IDL before renting s car in Greece. You aren’t insured if you don’t ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is excellent, especially from Irene. We had a few issues with our card and she was patient and understanding. Central location so easy pick up and drop off. Hassle free. Car was great condition. Highly recommend renting from here.
