Featuring free WiFi and air conditioning, Avista Suites is located in Imerovíglion, just 5.3 km from Oía. The property features a spa tub and a hot tub. Fira is one kilometer from the property. All units feature a flat-screen TV. Some units have a sitting and/or dining area. A refrigerator is also available, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. There is also a kitchen in some of the units equipped with an oven. There is a private bathroom with slippers in each unit. Towels are provided. Avista Suites also includes a hot tub. Bike rental and car rental are available at the property and the area is popular for biking. Kamari is 8 km from Avista Suites, and Ios Chora is 35.4 km away. The nearest airport is Thira Airport, 6 km from Avista Suites. Great view of the island, particularly the sunset and the most exceptional service I have ever experienced in my life. The host makes you feel like you are his personal guest, goes above and beyond expectations to make your stay perfect. He helps you plan your trip, recommends restaurants, takes care of everything and you leave knowing you've made a new friend in Santorini. From the candles in the evening to the smoothies on the rooftop at sunset - every detail is perfect. The service provided by him and his team was the highlight of our family trip to Santorini.

Highlight of our trip. Lampros and John were amazing. We stayed for 2 nights, and could not have asked for more from them. They helped arrange transfers and car rental. Gave us ideas of what to do. Breakfast every morning on our balcony was amazing. Having our own jacuzzi was awesome. Keep in mind though, all 3 rooms balconies are upstairs, and you can see everyone's jacuzzi and lounge chairs, but we only saw another guest outside at the same time once while watching the sunset. We were so glad we decided to stay in Imerovigli versus Oia due to how crowded and busy it was. Perfect for couple that wants romantic experience away from all the crowds. They are situated close to some good restaurants (Anogi and La Maison).

Our recent stay at the Avista Suites was totally perfect. We arrived to the friendliest welcome from Lambros and Giannis - who kindly took our bags from us. We were offered a drink while we checked in, and felt immediately relaxed. Labros kindly showed us around our room - the Superior Suite, which was on two levels with beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces. Our roof terrace had it’s own hot tub with the most breathtaking view of the caldera. Labros even told us about the history of the island which really set the scene. The location is great! We were recommended two lovely restaurants (Anogi & Mezzo) both 1-2 minutes walk from our suite - Anogi ended up being our favourite restaurant in Santorini. You’re also close to a couple of supermarkets, restaurants, shops, with quad-bike hire just 2 minutes walk from the suites. We travelled around by quad-bike during our holiday when we wanted to visit different towns such as Oia - I would highly recommend this form of transport. We celebrated our engagement while we were there, and Labros and Giannis made it even more special by giving us more fresh flowers for the room, and a lovely bottle of fizz. The staff were always on hand to answer our questions and get us anything we needed. The breakfast each morning was delicious. You are given your own menu - you can choose as much as you like and it can be served wherever you like too. The beds are so comfortable, and you are given a pillow menu. The design and finish in the bathroom was stunning, the showers have three different settings - great for ladies especially, and the amenities are very luxurious. Fresh robes, towels and slippers are put in the room everyday. The Avista Suites is at the highest point in Imerovigli with the best view of skaros rock and the caldera, our stay was so luxurious & authentically Santorini - we will be back!

Unforgettable experience at the Best hotel in Santorini. There was an amazing view from the roof floor with 270 degrees of water view. The room was Super clean and special, including the master bathroom. The staff were Amazing and the service was personal and respectful Lampros and Yanis did outstanding job by helping us with anything we needed and improvised a lot (fruits to the hot tub etc..) Outstanding breakfast with the Caldera view was served to the roof whenever you like with rich menu. Bottom line, we will come back to Santorini only to Avista hotel!!!

If you come to Santorini and stay here this will be the best part of your trip. You won’t want to leave your hotel as you will be experiencing luxury, magnificent views (without 10000 people in your way), and great tanning! The bed and pillows are amazing and you won’t be disappointed with breakfast delivered to your door.

Very special, small but cozy place with superb views of Caldera - one of the best in Santorini. Has a small private swimming ?‍♀️ pool and a fabulous warm jacuzzi on top of the roof terrace 329 meters from sea level with unmatched views. Small but very attentive staff - John was very helpful and catered a superb breakfast every morning on time. Will return most certainly - book well in advance - they have only three condos to rent!!
