Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit im Avlaki cottage. Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet und der schöne, großzügige Garten mit den alten Olivenbäumen bietet viel Ruhe. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder, vielen Dank Nikos!

Abbiamo soggiornato qui in 2 persone per 5 giorni e in 3 persone per 8 giorni. La casa nonostante sia piccola è divisa benissimo, nuova e dotata di qualsiasi comfort, immersa nel verde, nel silenzio e a 2 minuti a piedi da una spiaggia per nulla affollata e mare cristallino: è perfetta per il relax. I proprietari sono gentilissimi, cambiano le lenzuola e le asciugamani ogni 2 giorni (a volte ci hanno anche fatto il letto!). Mettono a disposizione anche le asciugamani per il mare. Di sicuro ritornerei! PS: Il ristorante Cavo Barbaro, a 100 metri, serve ottimo cibo a prezzi concorrenziali (in media abbiamo speso 12-13 €/testa mangiando abbondantemente). Il personale è cordiale e ospitale.

Brilliant holiday. Great facilities all new, good condition and room service , pool clean, excellent size for 2 , Private and close to lovely peaceful , not busy beach. Nice taverna, cavo barbero 3 mins slow walk away, Nice job Nikos ! Loved it.

An absolute gem of a place. Beautifully presented both inside and out - pool area is especially lovely and peaceful. Air con and wifi are fantastic. Beds very comfy, even the big sofa bed our 14 year old slept on. Location is great. Two mins to beach and taverna. Beach very quiet - sea lovely and clear and a few steps in and you're swimming. Two tavernas - one only serves fish and was very quiet every night but Cavo Barbero was fantastic - lots of choice, excellent quality and very friendly servers. Gets busy as it's not huge so we booked in during the day if we wanted to go at night. Kassiopi is a 35 min walk away and the road (amazingly for Greece) does have lights for the vast majority of the walk and it's not the busiest of roads. There are 2 supermarkets just before you get into kassiopi about 20/25 mins away. We walked in a few times and had lovely meals in the harbour. If you want trips out go and see Cosmic on the Main Street down to the harbour in kassiopi - very efficient and great value. If you want a peaceful, relaxing holiday you can't beat this cottage! Thank you Nikos, I'm sure we will be back at some point !

We stayed here for a week and found the whole place just perfect for us. The cottage and all its furnishings are first class Nikos has thought of everything when he supplied the kitchen and the bed is very comfortable. The bonus is the outside space and the large pool.The garden is over a 100 meters long with olive trees, fig tress etc. You really feel like it's your own private haven. The Cabo Barbero taverna 200 meters away is excellent and the surrounding area is beautiful. We managed OK without a car but it is a good walk to the supermarket, however they will deliver if you order over €50 worth of goods. Finally I must praise Nikos who was informative and very helpful. In short can't fault the place and hopefully we will return.
