Not just that they did not clean it during our stay but they cleaned it poorly before we came here, they did not even left some mops so we can clean it ourselfs ... Cleaning ladies are always here and they don't do a thing. Maybe if you are looking for a lazy job where you just sit all day and do nothing, you should give this place a try

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OK accomodation. The room is cleaned every day, but the sheets don't get changed during your whole stay. Professional staff, very polite, they speak English very good. You get bracelets that you have to wear during your whole stay. The breakfast is very poor though. Almost like in prison. You get two slices of bread, two slices of ham, cheese, one boiled eg, some butter, marmelade and a juice. And it's the same every day.
Overal, not bad, it has everything you need for a week long stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ just the staff ok, friendly. the other things not so good. not so clean, the bathroom looks like long time ago not cleaned. the room also is not so wow. the price is not so cheap. for 2 nights we payed 155€, so that is not cheap. and for that money you are not getting so good room or clean.

A room with one double and one single bed was offered as triple room. One small wardrobe and two nightstands was all the room furnish. At least there were bed linens and towels but smelled odd.
No coffee machine outside breakfast hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst accommodation I've stayed in! The most important thing for an accommodation to have is a clean guest room and a clean bathroom, which was definitely lacking here. The cleaning lady spend the entire 5 minutes cleaning a room after a guest left, which is unacceptable. The management should really look into all these reviews and make a lot of changes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this accommodation has confused the word hotel with the word stable because for a stable we speak, which has only renovated its reception to attract customers. even though it has a TV, but it does not have antenna (buy one to have with you). as for the cleanliness .... they probably do not know this word.the room smelled of MOLD, there was no soap to wash.we stay 6 days and no one came to wipe and mop.what they write in facilities are lies.as for the pool that says ....... just does not have(the one that appears is to the next hotel)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is labeled as 2 starred so you cannot expect jacuzzi or some highly expensive furniture or bathroom. However, main reason why I gave it 5 out of 5 is because of such kind and lovely hospitality of it’s receptionist Nataliya. Such postive, bright and endlessly smiling person. Her appearance was so genuine and authentic. If I ever decide to visit Chaniotis and to book Bellagio Blue – it would be only because of her. Keep and praise people like Nataliya.
