Γ	Γιαννης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Χαλάει το όνομα των υπολοίπων καταστημάτων της Βιοϊατρικής…δεν σηκώνουν σχεδόν ποτέ το τηλέφωνο, καθώς πρέπει να περιμένεις πάνω από 15 λεπτά το λιγότερο για να σε εξυπηρετήσουν τηλεφωνικά!!! Σε εξέταση για COVID 19 έχουν περάσει ήδη 27 ώρες και δεν έχω λάβει απάντηση, την στιγμή που πρέπει να προγραμματίσουμε τις δουλειές μας… Α Π Α Ρ Α Δ Ε Κ Τ Ο Ι !!! Αν δεν μπορούν να ανταπεξέλθουν ας προσλάβουν προσωπικό ή ας κάνουν λιγότερες λήψεις δειγμάτων!!!! ΚΡΙΜΑ ΝΑ ΠΑΙΖΟΥΝ ΜΕ ΤΟΝ ΠΟΝΟ ΜΑΣ και ΤΑ ΧΡΗΜΑΤΑ ΜΑΣ!!! It spoils the name of the other branches of Biomedicine… they almost never pick up the phone, as you have to wait more than 15 minutes at least for them to serve you by phone !!! It has already been 27 hours in the COVID 19 exam and I have not received an answer, at the moment we have to plan our work… Α Π Α Ρ Α Δ Ε Κ Τ Ο Ι !!! If they can not cope let them hire staff or do less sampling !!!! PITY TO PLAY WITH OUR PAIN AND OUR MONEY !!!

O κυρίως υπευθυνος στο γραφείο , ο μόνος σωστός αλλά έχει χάσει τη μπάλα . Eικονικό το αστεράκι (δεν έχει αρνητικό αστεράκι) # την κριτική την γράφω μετά από επαναλαμβανόμενα συμβαντα για το προσωπικό υποδοχης # There is no receptor staff, he thinks he knows everything, BUT do not know how to do their jobs, Delays unnecessarily, very rude. O Mainly responsible to the office, the only right but lost the ball. Iglonial the star (does not have a negative star) # criticize it after repeatedly conventional receptor staff #
A	Aspa Zoga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Χρειάστηκε να κάνω μια εξέταση στην οποία θα μου χορηγούσαν πρώτα ένα φάρμακο. Πήρα τηλέφωνο και μου είπαν πως δεν το έχουν και θα έπρεπε να το αγοράσω εγώ από κάποιο φαρμακείο.Τελικά το αγόρασα από φαρμακείο 10€ κι όταν πήγα για την εξέταση μου είπαν πως εφόσον τελικά το έχουν διαθέσιμο υποχρεωτικά θα πρέπει να μου χορηγήσουν το δικό τους χρεώνοντας μου 20€ για το φάρμακο. Δυστυχώς έδωσα τζάμπα χρήματα για να προμηθευτώ το φάρμακο που εκείνοι μου είχαν πει, ένα φάρμακο που φυσικά δεν επιστρέφεται. Τέλος, ενώ τηλεφωνικά μου είχαν πει ότι μπορώ να πάω όποια πρωινή ώρα, όταν κατέφθασα για την εξέταση στις 6:30 π.μ. μου είπαν ότι για την συγκεκριμένη εξέταση είναι υποχρεωτική η παρουσία γιατρού επομένως μπορεί να γίνει μετά τις 8:30. (κάτι που δεν αναφέρθηκε τηλεφωνικά). Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση, φοβερή ταλαιπωρία. I had to have a test in which I would be given a medicine first. I got a phone call and they told me that they do not have it and I should buy it from a pharmacy. Finally I bought it from a pharmacy for 10 € and when I went for the examination they told me that if they finally have it available they must give me their own charging me 20 € for the medicine. Unfortunately I gave a lot of money to get the medicine they told me, a medicine that of course is not returned. Finally, while I was told by phone that I could go any morning, when I arrived for the exam at 6:30 a.m. I was told that the presence of a doctor is mandatory for this examination so it can be done after 8:30. (something not mentioned by phone). Unacceptable service, terrible inconvenience.
L	Lucas mixevents on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μεγάλο μαγαζί υγείας που λέω εγώ καλή οργάνωση ,όχι και τόσο καλό τηλεφωνικό κέντρο με μεγάλες καθυστερήσεις , με όλες της προδιαγραφές για προστασία covid 19 καθαρό και λειτουργικό και αρκετά καλες υπηρεσίες . Χωρίς πάρκιν που είναι πολύ χρήσιμο για όλους τους επισκέπτες του διαγνωστικού κέντρου Large health store that I say good organization, not so good call center with long delays, with all its specifications for protection covid 19 clean and functional and quite good services. No parking which is very useful for all visitors of the diagnostic center

B	Bahar Gök on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly bad service. First of all clasic reaction when you call and speak English, they hang up on you. When i called for second time the lady understood that there is no way to get rid of me by hanging up so tried to understand my inquiry. First of all extremely rude, it might be due to language barrier. Any ways, she understood my issue but couldn’t help because apparently the codes cannot be given via phone either to pass by or mail the copy of my ID. Are you literally kidding? How cant you verify my details over the phone but you ask the photo of my ID? We all work with GDPR and this lack of process ia just hilarious and tragic
K	K. E. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Monday 27th, at 9.00 AM in the morning, we got a PCR test done which is normally done within 24 hours. It has been more than 36 hours almost that no answer, no result from your lab in Nea Smyrni has been received and let alone when you call them and ask them all you get is long waiting times and a rude person answering the call. I believe somebody somewhere in the lab either ruined the samples and now we are in an oblivion or you are under capable to uphold being a lab. Explain to me, where is my result and what will you do about it if I miss my plane due to your incompetence tomorrow?????
