Το Αισθητικό Δάσος της Καισαριανής είναι στολίδι της πρωτευουσας, και το φυτώριο του Βοτανικού Κήπου είναι ένας απο τους αφανείς ήρωες που παλεύουν να διατηρηθεί το οικοσύστημα του Υμηττού όπως πρεπει. Οι επισκέπτες του δάσους αυτού πρεπει να μάθουν ότι το δάσος δημιουργήθηκε προσφατα με πολύ κόπο, μιας και κατα τη διαρκεια της κατοχής το δάσος που υπήρχε εδώ κόπηκε για ξυλεία ωστε να μπορέσουν οι Αθηναίοι να αντέξουν τους δύσκολους χειμώνες.
A big thumbs up to those who are fighting for the preservation of this green lung. Kaistariani Aesthetic Forest is the jewel of the capital, and the nursery of the Botanical Garden is one of the invisible heroes who are struggling to maintain the ecosystem of Hymettus as it should. Visitors to this forest should learn that the forest was recently created with a lot of effort, since during the occupation the forest here was cut down for timber so that the Athenians could withstand the difficult winters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξαιρετική δουλειά από τους ανθρώπους του φυτωρίου, δεν το ξέρουν πολλοί και έχει αρκετά σημαντικά πράγματα για να δεις, εξαιρετικό το βοτανικό μονοπάτι με πολλά είδει πεύκων που θα πρέπει να διανύσεις όλη την Ελλάδα για να τα δεις. Πωλούν και σε ιδιώτες αν θέλει κάποιος φυτά για τον κήπο του, το μπαλκόνι του. Αξίζει την επίσκεψη σας.
Excellent work by the people of the nursery, not many people know it and it has many important things to see, excellent botanical path with many species of pine trees that you have to travel all over Greece to see them. They also sell to individuals if anyone wants plants for their garden, their balcony. Worth your visit.
