S	Sandy Rose on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παραγγείλαμε ένα ψυγείο, η κατάθεση έγινε την ώρα της παραγγελίας στην ιδια τράπεζα, μιλήσαμε τηλεφωνικά και μας διαβεβαίωσαν ότι θα το έχουμε μέσα στις επόμενες 5 ημέρες. Τους ξανακαλέσαμε 4 μέρες αργότερα και μας διαβεβαίωσαν ότι θα έχουμε έγκαιρα τα ψυγείο. Την ίδια μέρα λίγο αργότερα μας κάλεσαν πίσω και μας είπαν ότι επειδή είχαν μια μεγάλη παραγγελία το χρειάστηκαν για να τη συμπληρώσουν και πώς δεν είναι διαθέσιμο το προιόν! Με συμπεριφορά κάκιστη, ούτε καν συγγνώμη, προσπαθούσαν να βγουν κι απο πάνω! Έχω στείλει 2 mail και τα χρήματά μου ακόμα να επιστραφούν!! Μακριά εντελώς ερασιτέχνες καμία σοβαρότητα, επικίνδυνοι για τα χρήματά σας We ordered a refrigerator, the deposit was made at the time of the order in the same bank, we spoke by phone and they assured us that we will have it within the next 5 days. We called them again 4 days later and they assured us that we would have the refrigerators on time. A little later that day they called us back and told us that because they had a large order they needed it to complete it and how the product is not available! With bad behavior, not even an apology, they tried to get over it! I have sent 2 emails and my money is still to be returned !! Far completely amateur no seriousness, dangerous for your money
A	Alexiος 3 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η παραγγελία είχε 1-3 μέρες παράδοση κ την 3η μέρα δεν είχε φύγει καν απ'το κατάστημα. Μίλησα κ με την υπεύθυνη κ τα ρίχνε στην κορώνα. Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά προς πελάτη λέγοντας μου ότι έχει φόρτο εργασίας κ δεν μπορεί να μου εξηγήσει τι θα γίνει. Ακύρωσα κ πήγα σε άλλο κατάστημα με 1 μέρα παράδοσης. Γενικά αποφεύγετε τα τέτοια μαγαζιά αν δεν έχουν καλά σχόλια. The order had 1-3 days delivery and on the 3rd day it had not even left the store. I talked to the person in charge and she threw them in the crown. Unacceptable behavior towards a client telling me that he has a workload and can not explain to me what will happen. I canceled and went to another store with 1 day delivery. Generally avoid such stores if they do not have good reviews.

Το κατάστημα ισχυρίστηκε ότι ευθυνομαι εγώ γιατί πιθανώς να μου έπεσε!! Δεν έσπασε κάτι ή να γδαρθηκε αλλά κάηκαν τα πίξελ. Αρνήθηκε σύμφωνα με την E.U νομοθεσία για αντικατάσταση, αλλά μου έκαναν την χάρη, ότι κάποια στιγμή θα στείλουν τεχνικό να την δει. Χωρίς φυσικά να προσδιοριστεί χρονικό διάστημα. Στην ουσία πωλούν συσκευές χωρίς εγγυήσεις και μάλλον ελαττωματικές, όπως μου προφασίστηκε η εκπρόσωπος της εταιρείας μετά από τις άπειρες προσπάθειες τηλεφωνικών κλήσεως, αφού στην ουσία δεν περνούν από ποιοτικό έλεγχο. Κρίμα όμως, γιατί δεν το ανακοινώνουν πριν την αγορά, ώστε να ξέρει ο καταναλωτής τι αγοράζει. I bought a TV that turned out to burn an entire vertical series, over 800 pixels. t	tg117 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στις 11/8 παρήγγειλα 3 εκτυπωτές σε πολύ καλή τιμή, υποτίθεται σε προσφορά -25%. Αμέσως με κάλεσαν στο τηλέφωνο και με ενημέρωσαν πως έχει γίνει λάθος σχετικά με την διαθεσιμότητα και πως οι εκτυπωτές δεν είναι άμεσα διαθέσιμοι όπως φαινόταν στο site άλλα κατόπιν παραγγελίας σε 30 ημέρες το αργότερο, συμφώνησα λοιπόν να περιμένω τους 2 και ακύρωσα τον ένα τον οποίο δεν μπορούσα να περιμένω. Σήμερα τους κάλεσα να ρωτήσω μήπως είχαν κάποια εικόνα σχετικά με την πορεία των 2 παραγγελιών και η απάντηση που έλαβα ήταν πως δεν βρίσκουν τις παραγγελίες μου και κάποιο λάθος έχει γίνει και πως αν θέλω μπορούμε να ξανακάνουμε την παραγγελία σήμερα. Φυσικά στην σημερινή τιμή, και όχι στο -25% της προσφοράς. Εγώ λοιπόν περίμενα 20 μέρες για προϊόντα δήθεν προσφοράς τα οποία ποτέ δεν υπήρχαν. Και έστω ότι δεν πρόκειται περί απάτης, άλλα απλά έκαναν λάθος στην τιμή… δεν είχαν καν την τιμιότητα να με ενημερώσουν ώστε να μην περιμένω 30 μέρες για κάτι που δεν πρόκειται ποτέ να μου πούλαγαν σε αυτή την τιμή. Ντροπή πραγματικά On 11/8 I ordered 3 printers at a very good price, supposedly on offer -25%. They immediately called me on the phone and informed me that a mistake had been made regarding the availability and that the printers were not immediately available as it seemed on the site but after ordering in 30 days at the latest, so I agreed to wait for 2 and canceled one which I did not I could wait. Today I called them to ask if they had any idea about the progress of the 2 orders and the answer I received was that they do not find my orders and some mistake has been made and that if I want we can place the order again today. Of course at today's price, and not at -25% of the offer. So I waited 20 days for supposedly offer products that never existed. And even if it is not a scam, they just made a mistake in the price; they did not even have the honesty to inform me so that I would not wait 30 days for something that would never be sold to me at that price. Shame really
