★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pre-paid for a 3 day car rental. Failed to provide car at airport (flight number was provided). When we called.. they claimed our reservation was not valid and pretended that they were not Budget... and as they were hanging up the phone we heard them laughing in the background saying they are Avis ( Budget and Avis are connected). ordered through bookings.com (apparently tied to rentalcars.com). To date: They have refused to provide a refund. Never use rentalcars.com nor this Budget location. We have used many local Greek car rental companies around Greece and Greek islands.. use them directly.. very friendly, honest , and reliable.

I prepaid a 3-day car rental on Edreams for a car with Avis-Budget, and they charged me 37 euros extra because of doubling the concept of rental. They never tried to help us and two months have passed, all they answer is there is not any mistake with that charge. I am fed up of sending emails and trying to solve that. All I can recommend you is to avoid this place.
The girl who attended us was very nice, but I think her boss pushes her to steal her customers' money.
Apart from that, the car was very new and clean, that must be said.
