Best museum in the city. Skip the bad archaeological museum and come here instead. Really interesting information, well curated, high quality artifacts. Very informative but small enough to not be overwhelming. One of the best museums I've been to in a while. Highly recommend.

It's small, but perfectly formed ! Interesting frescoes and paintings .Worth two euros to pass half an hour or so . Its away from the crowds and the back streets here are well worth exploring

A visit is worthwhile, as the selection is small but very exquisit.

A small but nice museum with frescos and coins. The frescos are primarily done in the Cretan school rather than traditional Byzantine. Their coin collection to on includes coins from Justinian, Constans II, and Constantine the Great.
