Cabana 112 - Cliff Suites - Ipapantis

Spectacular view and location, but very bad managed. No reception and no explanations on how things works, jacuzzis were not ready when we arrived. The bed sheets were not fully clean.

It was a very good choice for the money. Nice view with private jacuzzi and clean everywhere. Violeta was very nice to us and always helped us during our stay. Thank you once again for this pleasant stay!

Amazing staff! Svaella and Angelo were great with everything. The hotel can use a little fixing though. Most things didn't work in the room but they were able to fix them right away for you. Very good location in Fira.

It's dirty and it stinks. Water in hot tub was dirty and when I asked for the last change, they said they don't know nothing about that. We have waited for two hours our room to be cleaned and it was still dirty. It's not like on photos and they are very unprofessional. ?

Even though we mentioned that we would arrive between 14:00 and 15:00 the rooms wasn't cleaned and had to wait for another 1/2 hour to enter the room. The room was wert moisty and the old aircondition was full of old water. All the bed linen felt wet end when we wanted to use the private jacuzzi is wasn't cleaned yet. Had to call the reception and a guy came to wacum it. It could use some upgrade all over.

Whatever you do DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! My girlfriends and I were picked up at the airport in Santorini in a beat up van. For $700+ for 2 nights you think the pick up vehicle would be better than that. We get to the hotel room and it was absolutely disgusting. The bed was broken, there were cracks all over the room, stains on the wall and mould or some other fungus on the wall. I called the management company and asked for a refund. The man HUNG UP the phone. As I'm on the phone trying to book another hotel, the men that worked at the hotel kept eves dropping on my conversation, hovering around me trying to intimidate me. Thank god for Mavriat Suites and this amazing lady named Vaya because she had the driver pick us up from Santorini town and take us to the new hotel. After getting back to the states, I called booking.com and let them know of my experience with the hotel and apparently the hotel said "they will only give me a refund after I return the STOLEN items." Do they have amnesia? Why would I refuse to stay at a room because of the cleanliness and then steal towels, etc from them? Overall, do not stay here unless you want a disgusting room, poor customer service, and want to feel uncomfortable after paying $700+ on a room.

The staff is very friendly and helpful and they did their best to accommodate us by changing the room which was not fit for us. The view is amaziiiiiiing, but the complex is very poorly maintained. The hot tubs which are the second most attractive after the view don't work properly or at all (the girl from reception did her best to bring the maintenance and manage to fix ours). I am very demanding when it comes to cleaning and sanitizing and that was another think that they lack deeply. We kind of cleaned it again before installing ourself in to be sure. Two of the suites are placed under a restaurant and are very noisy untill 1-2am, but this is up to discuss.

Don't spend your money for a room in this Hotel / Suite, not worth it the view. I paid 1,280 Euros for 4 nights at this hotel in a non-refundable reservation. When we got there, we found so many issues with the room that I decided to swallow the loss and move to another hotel. The room is poorly maintained, the water of the hot tub is not renewed, the bath tub was leaking, the walls were cracking and the room overall was smelling mold.
