Don't stay in this hotel, they are cheater! Don't show them any reservation email because it contains PIN and they will cancel your booking without your permission.

DO NOT BOOK HERE. Seems like some informative reviews were deleted means how nasty they are. Only positive aspects are beautiful view and good wifi but negative aspects are way beyond. - Owner is super rude. I kindly asked all the following complains directly. He said he will fix next day but never fixed. - Hot tab is malfunctioning, thought I paid extra fee for the room with tab. I could not even take a tab once because it was disgusting and temperature was not HOT. We claimed about tab's temperature and owner says he'll check tomorrow. As you may guess, he never come for checking. - Although we didn't even touch a tab, there was already DIRT. Not only tabs but also they seems don't clean the facility frequently. Stains on sheets, kidding me? - Small flyish bugs are endlessly coming from somewhere. I claimed to owner but he just ignored our claim. - Right after we claimed about bugs, he cancelled our reservation. I guess he prevent us to give negative review on booking.com. I asked him what is going on but he said our reservation is fine and pretended like he has no idea. Dude it's obvious fact who cancelled if I inquiry booking.com. I saw other reviews got unexpected cancel then kicked out without refund. Probably I made a slightly better choice to ask right after cancel otherwise we might have been kicked out. - Only half roll of toilet paper for three nights stay, 2 adults. Are you serious? - Insufficient variety of amenities. No hair dryer, kettle and teas, empty soap bottle. TV channels are dead. Everything was disgusting. Without doubts, this place is the most horrible accommodation I've ever seen. It's so sad that existence of this disgusting hotel lowers reputation of beautiful Santorini island.

I suggest to not stay there - save that money! We booked two nights but didn't stay. We view is nice, yes. But everything else was super disappointing and highly unprofessional: - there was mould in the bedroom and everywhere in the bathroom - in general it was super dirty, from the floor to the stained towels, cushions and also the water in the whirlpool. Clearly the room had not been cleaned for several weeks. Unfortunately we didn't see that initially because the room was shown to us when the light wasn't working... - there was no reception - we didn't get a proper invoice, just a handwritten paper that stated the amount we had paid - the guy who showed us the room didn't himself know the name of the hotel and claimed it was called differently... - we received the key from the boy in the restaurant above (which has also very poor reviews and seems to have changed its name several times in the last few months) so we did not see anyone actually working for the hotel. - reading the positive reviews here, you should note that it is the same people who also reviewed the restaurant above the hotel and the hotel next door (which seems to belong to the same owner) positively. Take your own conclusions on what that might mean... - doing some research, we noticed that the hotel has neither a website nor social media or an official telephone number anywhere available. This feels really strange to us, especially for a hotel in a busy place like Santorini. All in all, we felt highly uneasy in this place and decided not to stay. I have been to many places all around the world and seen many (cheap) hotels, but leaving a hotel before the first night is nothing I have ever done before...

The worst hotel in Santorini, it promises things it doesn't have and it really only gets superficial maintenance and the rest of the building looks like it's falling down. It is a scam, when they ask you to see your reservation, do not allow it, they cancel the reservation with your PIN number so that if you want to complain with Booking you cannot because the reservation no longer exists. He constantly changes his name to avoid these types of reviews. Be careful.

I arrived at the hotel miraculously as nowhere was the name of the hotel indicated, rudely welcomed I was told that Check-in is at 2 pm. I arrived at 10:30 am. I showed up at 2pm for check-in for which they told me that the reservation was canceled by me! I was very surprised when I didn't have anyone on wifi and found it strange that I cancel a reservation after introducing myself. later i saw that the cancellation was done around 11 am, ie after i left my bag to wait to check in i had to look for accommodation elsewhere! I will clarify with Booking.com and my credit card to refund the amount paid! if I had read the comments below, I would not have reserved for this hotel.

DO NOT EVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL - They did the same thing to us like they did with Erica above! They cancelled our booking with our pin and then refused to reinstate the booking (this was happening while we were at the airport). An agent booking.com even confirmed to us in writing that they spoke to the property manager after and the property manager confirmed our booking was reinstated (we were sent this in writing). To later find out however that the hotel manager refused to take our booking. Honestly DO NOT STAY HERE EVER. I am happy to provide evidence if anyone wants this
