S	Sara Segala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Autonoleggio da evitare mio marito ha noleggiato un auto e dopo aver contrattato prezzo e auto gliene hanno rifilata una di categoria inferiore e non diesel come aveva chiesto! Non hanno nemmeno emesso regolare scontrino!!! Ci hanno pure fornito un seggiolino per la bimba di 1 anno non a normativa europea.... Car rental to avoid my husband rented a car and after negotiating the price and the car they trimmed a lower category and not diesel as he asked! They have not even issued a regular receipt !!! We have also been provided with a seat for the 1-year-old child not in accordance with European legislation.
T	Thorsten Johanßon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlechter Service ! Astra Cabrio 3 Tage gebucht und bezahlt, war aber defekt (?), deshalb 2 Tage nur kleineres Cabrio, am 3. Tag geschlossenen Kleinwagen erhalten (Audi Cabrio nur bei 30 Euro Zuzahlung). Keine Ratenminderung erhalten. Mitarbeiter freundlich, aber das hilft am Ende auch nicht wirklich. Bad service ! Astra convertible 3 days booked and paid, but was broken (?), Therefore 2 days only smaller convertible, on the 3rd day closed small car received (Audi convertible only with 30 euro additional payment). No rate reduction received. Staff friendly, but that does not really help in the end.
D	Davide Framarin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Evitare questo autonoleggio esperienza molto negativa: dopo aver contrattato il prezzo per auto media tipo peugeot 208 diesel o stessa categoria per la cifra di 150€ per 5 giorni (pagamento in contanti) mi viene data invece una WV Up benzina perchè l'auto da me chiesta non era disponibile io rifiuto è chiedo di riavere i miei soldi mi dice il collega del capo che non è possibile..... due giorni dopo mi viene offerta un auto più grande Ford fiesta sempre benzina con uno sconto di 10€ totali sul prezzo pagato... ho fatto presente che al 140€ altro noleggi offrivano auto diesel di categoria migliore ma non mi hanno voluto rendere i miei soldi ho tenuto ford fiesta per 1 giorni poi perdeva olio e ha fatto altro cambio con auto piccola i10 sempre benzina!!!! Che dire delusione totale mi rendevano i miei soldi e si risolveva subito il problema! Poco onesti e poco trasparenti!!! Avoid this car rental experience very negative: after negotiating the price for average car type peugeot 208 diesel or the same category for the sum of 150 € for 5 days (cash payment) I am instead given a WV Up gasoline because the car from me asked it was not available I refuse is ask to get my money back I am told by the boss of the boss that it is not possible ..... two days later I am offered a bigger car Ford fiesta always petrol with a discount of 10 € total on price paid ... I pointed out that at 140 € other rentals offered diesel cars of the best category but they didn't want to make my money I kept ford fiesta for 1 days then it lost oil and made another change with i10 small car always petrol !!!! What about total disappointment made me my money and the problem was solved immediately! Not very honest and not very transparent !!!
D	Döni Heinrich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Freundlicher Mitarbeiterer der sich an die Preisverhandlung gehalten hat. Leider kam hierzu aber die Versicherung oben drauf. Wir hatten ein Mini Cabrio dessen Zustamd katastrophal war. Abgenutztes Lenkrad, Knöpfe usw. Klapperte wie verrück sobald man gestanden ist, Radlagerquitschten in jeder Rechtskurve, fast alle Motorkontrolleuchten haben geleuchtet. Radio hat nur ein Lautsprecher funktioniert. Für den Preis könnte man ein Fahrzeug erwarten welches in einem ordentlichen Zustand ist. Friendly employee who stuck to the price negotiations. Unfortunately, the insurance came on top of this. We had a mini convertible whose condition was catastrophic. Worn steering wheel, buttons, etc. rattled like crazy as soon as you stood, wheel bearings squeaked in every right turn, almost all engine control lights were on. Radio only worked one speaker. For the price, you could expect a vehicle that is in decent condition.
C	Chris Ro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alles gut und unkompliziert. 2 Tage VW Up für 60€. Kann hier nichts schlechtes sagen. All good and uncomplicated. 2 days VW Up for 60€. Can't say anything bad here.
