Brilliant service from start to finish, they were very attentive and always trying to help couldn’t have asked for much more. We were vegetarian and we don’t eat egg so they made us eggless pancakes every morning along with other things. Very accommodating. Will be back

Booked a villa with private swimming pool with a view to the ocean, though Mr & Mrs Smith agency. Everything was perfect. It was all like a dream. Sunset, sunshine, and the island is absolutely beautiful. You need to add Santorini to your holiday wishlist. And if you do, please choose this hotel. 5 stars hotel, good food, and the staf is just amazing.

Resort upgraded us Agua Retreat two bedrooms. For this upgrade, I should rate 5 stars! Unfortunately, something bad happened made my stay not enjoyed. For non-retreated villa, there is an "sunset view front" without wall the pool is right beside "sunset view front", bedroom is about 30ft back off sunset view front" This view is wide angle ,with better sunset view. But the villa assigned to us is retreated, the pool is 30ft away from sunset view front , and the bedrooms are 60ft back off the wall. The sunset view front has side wall to block view, view angle is limited, not wide angle as view from non-retreated villa. My wife asked host the availability of Non-retreated Villa two bedrooms better sunset view. The host just replied immediately with UNPLEASANT TONE "....your son won't have his own room...." My son wants his own bedroom. So we accepted this villa as host showed and assigned. I recalled there is picture showing non-retreated two bedrooms villa, and we checked all villas near us. There was at least one non-retreated two bedroom villa in higher floor and the view is exactly we like. My concern is that lady host should know this non-retreated two bed room villa. If this villa was already taken, she could just tell us " Sorry, It's taken.." We feel this lady host is arrogant and snobbish, unwilling to understand guests like. She seemed making gesture, "whichever room I show you, you should appreciate without question more.. " We prefer non-retreated two bedroom villa. Is it hard to understand? At the day of 9:30am, we asked thru App about late check-out, resort did not answer back. They waited to 12pm to answer our late check out time was 12:30pm. I remembered, two days ago when we checked in, they said that will let us know late check-out time around breakfast time. Apparently, Resort did not keep promised ! We can can not plan where to go for last shot after breakfast, they made us waste time wondering at villa Resort facility is excellent. But the lady host's attitude is not acceptable.

No doubt… The best hotel stay I have ever experienced. If you want you want your trip to Oia to be the most memorable, then you need to stay here. We booked the Aqua Retreat suite. INCREDIBLE. This has to be one of the best hotels in the world. On top of the most amazing villa experience, we were so appreciative of the staff. Very attentive and catered to every need. And we had a lot! They went above and beyond to provide an excellent experience for what was a birthday and reconnection trip with my wife. Thank you to everyone at the hotel! I don’t know how I can stay anywhere else if I ever return to Greece.

It’s not physically possible to say enough wonderful things about our stay! The staff was incredible - they did everything in their power to make our stay absolutely perfect. They were friendly, warm, welcoming, and so helpful! The property is the closest thing I could imagine to heaven- it’s so beautiful situated and the rooms will blow your mind! We travel (ALOT) and from all our trips - this is my favorite hotel we’ve ever been to. I cannot WAIT to return.

We stayed here for a night before we flew home from our holiday. We stayed to celebrate our anniversary and the hotel has outdone themselves. Firstly, we went to the wrong hotel. We ended up going to the Canaves Oia Suites which is a sister hotel. The hotel staff organised a transfer for us to the correct hotel for free. We were every so thankful for this. We arrived at the hotel and received a welcome drink and we were shown to our room. We had booked the junior suite with plunge pool to celebrate our anniversary but the hotel upgraded us to the hideaway room. We were amazed at how beautiful the room was! We had our own little pool and it was incredible. The hotel set up our room and provided us with a bottle of wine, water, petals on the bed and some snacks. How thoughtful! The room was really big and had numerous useful amenities including slippers, robes, loofah, coffee machine and stocked mini bar. At turn down, the housekeeping staff put hats in our room and wipes to clean our glasses. The pool was heated and incredible. We had an amazing view of the sunset and the sea. We ordered food to the room for both lunch and breakfast. Exquisite food and generous staff. The hotel pool is big and there are plenty of deck chairs for people. The staff were so friendly and the reception staff were incredible. They provided some options for dinner for us and we went to this restaurant called Fino in Oia and it was the best food we had ever. The hotel provides a free 24hr shuttle into Oia and it was incredibly helpful. Thank you to all the staff at this hotel and they made our stay and anniversary so enjoyable and memorable. Next time we will come back to stay for more than 1 night as this hotel is true luxury and ticks all the boxes.

Fantastic views and superb service. One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. We got upgraded to a private villa with the most spectacular panoramic views. The sunset is perfect from here. Dinner at Elements was also top notch. We got the vegetarian tasting prefix dinner. Highly recommend. Wish we could have stayed longer. Great experience!
