Rent a car for a week. Obliged to take the insurance on the spot because no credit card (or debit).
I drive the car back with a scratch on the sill, knowing we weren't allowed to walk around the car before picking it up. I have to pay 500 € except that I did not have the insurance contract at the time of payment and the site through which I went to book told me to see the rental company directly. Obviously, they are not responding.
Flee !!! Considering all the rental agencies on site, go your way. Especially with insurance, it's not very cheap anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is scam. I paid my rental with my Lufthansa miles and More MasterCard which has a full insurance .
At the pick up I denied the extra insurance. The told me that my credit is not a valid credit card. I never had that experience at any rental car station in the world. Never book at this station!

If I had any other insurance or from broker's now they would have taken from me all the 1700 deposit that needed! New car , cleanand smooth service ! Only okmobility in Heraklion and straight to Manos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrendous experience. When we get there, the employee told us we owe an extra $30 for not having an international driver's license. After research, I discovered this is not necessary nor is it in the contract. He also made me buy extra insurance even though I have purchased it through WiseCars already. When we returned, we had way more gas than when we left and he refused to reimburse anything. Overall a very rude employee and I will never give them business again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCAM. They deducted 400 euros for the change of the entire bumper due to a micro scrach on the back bumper (see photo). He accused us of having "crashed" the car. Afterwards he made us fill out a collision report when there had been no collision (Which I stated on this report). He threatened us by telling us that if we did not pay there was a hold of 1000 euros on our credit card. I believe this happened because we did not take their company insurance and instead are using our credit card insurance. Do not use this rental company for any reason. Not worth the price for the hassle.
