★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As usual great experience overall, the Sixt counter is straight to your right after leaving the baggage reclaim area and the staff there was super friendly and competent. Pick up and return of our (pre-booked) car was a seamless and streamlined experience.

Car had 30.000km, was in good shape.
Wasn’t completely cleaned out inside and there was no windshield wiper fluid. Other than that everything was fine.
Not the cheapest but you can be sure to NOT get ripped off as it’s the case at the other low budget rental companys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience. No problems with the car. Had the fiat panda ?. Was a smooth ride whole 6 days. Returned the car in the same condition, there was no problems upon returning the car. I strongly recommend. Will definitely use them in my next visits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the front desk, the service by mister Karelis was exceptional and really fast, the whole procedure of creating the contract and receiving the key lasted only a couple of minutes and the car provided was the best you could have asked for (new car, very clean, comfortable, easy to drive etc.) Very impressed by their professionalism and I will surely choose them again over the rest of the other companies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience with Sixt rental, I paid for the rental on which the lady on the counter told me that the full insurance was included, they also reserved 100 euro from my account. Later on, after I returned the car they charged me again 50euro because apparently the full insurance wasn’t paid. I’ve sent them 3 emails asking about this with no response! Worst service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please pay attention to their offers. They have offered us 140,- Euro for a full tank of petrol for a Polo and there won't be any refund if we don't use it up. So basically at the end we drove around 470 km and only paid 63 Euro when we returned the car. Just be cautious dear travellers ?
