Y	Yai Maldonado on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The car was fine but they give you the fuel tank almost empty, after driving for 10 mins like 2km I had to put some petrol, not very nice or safe. They give you a quote and even if you ask if there is any excess or insurances on top or any extras, they avoid answering the questions. They told me one price and they sent me an email with the price. The reality is when you come to collect the car they tell you that if you pay extra you will be fully covered, but on the website and the email they send mentions that all is covered. I personally don't like this, you can negotiate the amount to pay, but this is wrong, because to me is like they were lying, they just want to get more money somehow. No papers are given proving so. I won't hire a car again with this company I am afraid. Things must to be said and showed on the site before. Also on the terms and conditions. I don't recommend it
a	anton menshikov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STAY AWAY! I reserved a car months in advance and was told someone would meet us at the port. Arrived at Heraklion port and no one was there to meet us. I tried to contact them and only after an hour I received a call back advising that there was no car for me. Since I arrived in the evening, and waited to find out where my rental is, all taxis were gone and other car rental places were closing. My hotel was in Chania (140km away)! Thanks a lot guys. No apology, no warning that my rental is not available, nothing but a shock that you're on your own. If you are renting a car, do it from another place.
X	Xy Zw on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got scammed and lost most of the day to find a new car. Had a reservation months in advance - they gave our car to somebody who walked in and offered more cash. The manager gave us a smug creepy look telling this to us. I hope Karma will catch up to him Also, the deposit is twice the normal: 2000 Eur for them to keep if they feel like it
M	Miriam K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a car here because our hotel recommended them. Our expierence however was terrible. We had reserved a hyunday i10 but they gave us an upgrade to a Fiat 500 because it was newer. We waited another 30 minutes for the car to arrive at our hotel. It made an annoying constant beeping sound which drove us crazy, and it was constantly shuttering while driving. There was probably something wrong with the gear box. The car barely came up the hills and stalled about 20 times during our two day trip. Upon arrival they told us that full insurance cost 20 euro per day extra so this was a very unpleasant surprise. All in all, not recommended.
I	Isabel Lacalle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience ever. The price is low, but it’s a fraud. Be careful with the insurance deposit!!! We rented a car that in its description says that it was for 4 people and 4 suitcases. They are a mess, they called us the day before of the arrival asking us where we were, that they were waiting for us at the port of Heraklion - we said the arrival was the day after. The day of the arrival none was at the port with the car. We called them several times in during a hour, they laughing and saying they’ll be there in 5mins on and on. Someone arrived after more than an hour with the smallest car I’ve ever seen. He said he was at the Airport waiting… in the car, it’s was impossible to put 4 suitcases inside. They gave us no solution or help. After some discussions, and management, they asked for 2,500€ of deposit!!! We had to not to rent the car and look for another company. They were laughing, very rude, … a real shame. I don’t recommend this company to anybody.
T	Tomas Wilson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are used to rent cars, but I cannot think of a better experience. Caravel cars is very flexible and accommodating. We manage to get a real fair price while the car was delivered to us and then picked up in Heraklion port.
