We reserved two cars approximately one month before the arrival: they gave us two old and malfunctioning vehicles (air conditioning not working, badly inserting gear etc). Obviously one of the two cars broke down (luckily before 11 PM, because else the office would have been closed until morning). They sent us a tow truck, but instead of sending an additional taxi to collect all the people they forced the other car to wait and follow the truck. The tow truck driver then left us in the middle of nowhere, at 1 AM in the morning, claiming that he couldn't help us to reach our home. Without the other car we would have been completely lost. The broken car was replaced the day after, but this would have been less likely to happen if they had given us a decent vehicle. It isn't simply worth the danger.

The cars are always clean, almost new and working well and we never had any problems at all. Also the staff is always on time at the airport and always friendly, welcoming and helpful. When we made a contract I decided to take a special full insurance with 0 risk and to pay 100 Euro more then I expected. During our holiday, I had a small accident. The company immediatelly changed the car and what is more important, I paid nothing for the damage!!! I can recommend Caravel for all. Next year I will use them again!!!!
E	Eric Glendining on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never experienced a more unpleasant condescending customer service experience in my life. The most rude staff I have ever dealt with. If 0 stars was an option, they'd nail it here. Ended up walking out before even getting a proper quote as the lady working was intolerable, impolite and extremely rude. Rent a car from ANYWHERE else. We ended up using Motor club I think, but got better service at every other rental car store we tried.

The vehicles are in terrible conditions and you'll always feel in the thrilling situation of your car being just about to break. Perhaps good if you like to be always on the edge, but 100% unsafe. Customer support is also almost non existent - they don't reply to emails and there's only one telephone number (no mobiles). Probably the worst experience we had with a car rental company, and I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemies.

A	Ana Paunovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was a ZERO, this is how we'd rate this car rental. Worst of all, the agent (Elsa was the name) was SO RUDE, SO ARROGANT and SO CONDESCENDING. We literally sat quiet in disbelief, shocked with the way she allowed herself to address us.
