★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its the most impractical way to receive and return the rental car. There are no signs whatsoever. We actually so a bunch of people looking lost just like while trying to understand which way to go. After about 40 minutes of roaming around lugging out suitcases we found the place. It wasn't very tourist friendly.

We didn't have any issue in 12 days, so I cannot say something about the 24h assistance.

I have to say the quality of the car (near new) and the service provided was outstanding. They were flexible, responsive and understanding as our flights were changed and nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely use their services again on my next trip to Athens.
