Best car rental at Creta, super price and everything else. Please only change your office location in Agia Pelagia at Google map :) thank you :) for tourist: real office location at Agia Pelagia is by the Sousami restaurant at Google map ;)

AVOID! Booked a car online, they came to drop the car off at my place with a completely different car and price.. She asked me if I knew how to drive a manual... (well of course otherwise I wouldn't have booked it) Told me it's an extra 20 euros to drop off the car at the airport. I declined so she said I have to drop the car off in the evening day before I originally booked. Odd. I went back into the apartment to get my driving licence as I walked out she and her colleague drove off!!! Extremely rude, waste of time and unprofessional. It felt dodgy right from the start, something didn't feel right. One: they came with a different car and didn't inform me about the other car not being available. Two: they tried to add extra charges - 20 euros to drop it off at the airport. Three: suddenly changing drop off date to day before at 8pm. The whole thing was off... EDIT- response to the owner: I do not have a personal problem with my appearance. If you do not have a car available then you should inform the customer before coming with a completely different car. You should inform me since it's not the car I chose. Clearly after 35 years you still don't know what good customer service is. "This period the airport is with payment"? When I booked online there was no mention of an extra charge of 20 euros to drop off at the airport. This should have been communicated to me before turning up at my doorstep. I told your colleague I do not want to pay an extra 20 euros and was happy to drop it off at your rental shop instead. She then told me I would have to drop it off Saturday at 8pm instead of 11am Sunday which was my original booking. Yet you expected me to pay for a full a day.... Basically the ENTIRE booking had changed.. The whole thing was dodgy. I came in the shop to get an idea for prices, just because I asked about an automatic it does not mean I cannot drive a manual. I did not say I cannot drive anything else - that is a lie. I would not rent a manual car if I cannot drive a manual. Obviously. My 10+ year old driving license shows I drive a manual, if your colleague had any doubts she should have looked at my driving license instead of rudely driving off as I went to get it! You were not in the shop. You do not know what happened. I left because I got a phonecall. I asked about the Toyota because I thought it was strange no one informed me about the change of vehicle plus an extra 20 euros charge before coming to my doorstep. She said I could get the Toyota in the evening, I told her I'd need the car immediately and was happy to just take the Hyundai. She asked for my driving licence, I went up to the apartment to get it and as I was walking back down your two colleagues drove off. You can try to twist the story but there was no misunderstanding. The whole thing was off. I am shocked at the lack of professionalism... My emails were not rude.. I have said so much more here than in email. Feel free to share them. EDIT to second response: You should let customers know you've changed the ENTIRE booking, car, extra charges, drop off location before arriving at their doorstep with a surprise! That's called good customer service otherwise it's just dodgy. I did not tell you I've not driven a manual for years, that is a lie. Stop putting words into my mouth. Please share the emails because I have nothing to hide. I've said everything and more here. The office may be yours but I have never met you. I was there about 40 seconds before I got a phonecall. I do not need to come to the office, only wanted to share this review with fellow travellers like myself so they know about your lack of professionalism. There is another negative review here about your staff. This is my first review on Google, that's how shocked I am at the way I was treated. Avoid at all costs!

No frills car rental, flawless pick-up and drop-off and all-inclusive price with no excess insurance. - 1 start because the car was quite old and although it was well maintained (no safety concerns) it had some minor issues. All and all I'd use them again.

The agency brought us the car at the hotel, at the time shedulded. The car was not new, but easy to drive. The model (Hyundai i20) was not the same that we ordered (Volkswagen Polo) without explanation. We had a battery problem one morning because of the key, but a mechanic arrived quite fast (30min) and solve the problem rapidly. In summary, the agency is quite good for the price (25€/day).

I'm glad we chose them?. We got our car with full insurance at the best price. The car was brought to the apartment and taken away after renting. Anti Rissaki are very helpful, and cute.? Choose them with confidence. I really recommend it. Ten stars?

I was really impressed with carsspot.gr - we found their rates in comparison to other companies very good. But what I especially loved was the uncomplicated rental - insurance with all waivers ( therefore no personal responsibility), no credit cards required. We were greeted at the airport and handed the key. All communication was quick over whatsapp. We had no issues with the car. Looking forward to renting again from them :)
