★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our car reservation was canceled two days before our arrival to Crete. They told us it happened "because of Covid", which we did not understand what it meant since the car rental was opened. They did not answer to any other emails we sent them to ask for suggestions on where to get a new car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got ourselves a Hyundai Atos. We were met on time at the Ferry port and we used the car everyday to drive all around Crete with no problems at all. Fuel economy was good. We managed to even get a good price on extending the car for one more day in the busy summer month of August. Thanks to Manolis and his team for accomodating our request to return the car later than originally planned and at Chania airport instead of Heraklion port. Amazin service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0 stars I would. On the 2nd of September I made a reservation for a Nissan Micra from the 6th till 10nth of September. The following day I went to the office in person to confirm the booking. They said that the Nissan Micra is not available, but they can give me a bigger car which costs 40 eu ros extra. I agreed.
On the 5th of September at 9 pm I got a call from the company that they cannot provide me any car at all. I went to the office and I got a ridiculous excuse that they didn’t send me a confirmation email which means that they don’t have to provide me a car. The worst part in this situation is that on that day I had to leave the apartment and move to another part of the island. Consequently, I would not recommend this company at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person handling my rental was very polite. Didn't have any problems to extend rental period for a few hours than agreed. No deposit was needed, and the price was no bad at all :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this company because they are not honest at all. Don't be tricked by the description in their website. You won't get what you booked!
Same as the other comments,the owner gave us an OLD Nissan Micra while we booked for Group C Ford Fiesta!
BE CAREFUL if you want to return the car in Chania: he charged us 30 euros extra for it! We already specified the drop off spot when making the reservation. There's 0 communication about this 30 euro extra cost during the reservation process nor in the confirmation email. That's why we felt kind of being tricked because it's too late to find another rental company and we had no choice but to pay the 30 euros. He could communicate with us in advance about this cost. With the extra charge and the fact that the car is rather old, eventually the price is not that attractive compared with other companies.
The only thing positive is that all insurance is included and no credit card required.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Possibly the worst rental company in Crete. We booked the group C car 50 days in advance. When we arrive at the airport they provide us a 10 years old Nissan Micra car with 112,000 km.! to our amazement they tell us that they have no other car model available. We get in the car and go to our hotel. Driving is not comfortable at all and changing gears is quite hard and sometimes it is difficult to engage first gear, so we contact the company that asks us to return to the airport parking lot to change the car. Again we express our complaints with the service, since it is not the car we had reserved and it is very old,. The 'new' car is the same model, with 10 years and a few less kilometers than the previous one, just as uncomfortable and noisy. As the days went by, we realized that after closing the car you could open the trunk from the second attempt. Do not trust what their website indicates and please avoid this lying company.
