They delivered the car right to the house we were staying at and were extremely responsive to all questions asked through WhatsApp. The car was great value for the price and the price includes all insurances which was a great deal compared to other companies who provided an all inclusive insurance for much more money.

The car was clean and identical to those we had requested. During one month we didn't have any problem with it. Check-out was even faster - just one minute. Great experience indeed, would recommend this company.

Instead of giving us a Hyundai i10 like we ordered on their site, they rented us another car of the same category, so that didn't make a big difference and left us satisfied anyway. We also had a good experience with the staff. They've been really helpful by giving us all the instruction for the restitution of the car at Heraklion Airport. Highly recommended :)

We booked a car online and even though it was noted that you should pay on site, we received an email where they asked for an advance. Not so strange, we were of course willing to do it, but they requested Paypal payment. As we don't have the account, we asked if we could pay any other way, also offering some possibilities. Then - total silence for days, no one is responding. After 10 days, 5 unsuccessful attempts to get in touch on this topic and ask what is happening or to get any kind of response (via both emails and phone call) we can only assume that we don't really have the reservation ? and that they are either not professional or it is a scam. Bad experience indeed.

We’ve booked few cars for important event many weeks in advance and paid deposit. We’ve learnt that cars won’t be available for us TWO days before the appointed day and only because we contacted the company to make sure that everything goes smooth! Terrible contact with the owner. At some point he stopped picking up the phone with the issue still being unsolved.

We booked cars in February, wishing in the same time that it gives as time and peace to organize everything on top. To be honest, we were very naive. Our stay in Greece was excellent until we realized (two days before truly important ceremony for us) that we do not have access to booked cars. Reason? Lack of plates. OK, let's say - it happens, this is life. But the thing is that no one informed us about it. No phone, no text message - nothing. It came up just because we wanted to rent a car a day before, for a quick trip. When we called Mr. Rissakis, suggesting that maybe he will be able to pay the price difference, while we booked cars somewhere else, he replied to us saying 'maybe I should have paid for your hotel too?'. What is more - recovering the deposit was not easy too...

When we got there they gave us the biggest cars they had and told us they would switch them tomorrow. Ok, we were ok with that because it was late and we needed to get to different town. The cars were almost completely empty on gas and we had to stop on a very dodgy gas station (it was the only one actually opened at that time: Sunday one in the morning! ). They replaced only one of our cars and not tomorrow as promised but a couple of days later. The man that came to switch the car was very rude when we told him that we reserved our cars well in advance and that this is not ok. And the cars were in relatively poor condition.
