Ideal für den etwas anderen Urlaub in einem ursprünglichen Dorf, dennoch mit Meeresnähe. Auch die Infrastruktur im Dorf bietet alles Notwendige wie Tavernen, Minimarkt sowie Bäcker. Mietwagen zu empfehlen. Gastgeberin herzlich mit enormem Wissen zu Sehenswürdigkeiten auf der ganzen Insel. Great property with pool for up to 14 people. The apartments can also be booked separately. Ideal for a holiday with a difference in an original village, yet close to the sea. The infrastructure in the village also offers everything necessary such as taverns, mini market and bakery. Recommended rental car. Warm hostess with enormous knowledge of sights all over the island.

Piękny basen, 3 balkony/tarasy. 5 minut spacerem od domu dwie restauracje, w których serwują pyszne jedzenie. 15 minut samochodem od plaży, 10 minut do jeziora Kournas. Dobre miejsce dla dużych grup. To tak naprawdę dwa domy z osobnymi wejściami. W drugim są, dwie łazienki. Więc jeśli jedzie się w np. 8 osób, to ma się zarówno trochę prywatności, jak i można współnie spędzać czas. Z przyjemnością nocowalibyśmy tam jeszcze raz. Amazing place and hosts! Tanja is very kind and helpfull person. She helped us in getting medicine in pharmacy. House was very clean and full equiped. Swiming pool lovely and balconies amazing. For us the biggest advantages were restaurants only 5 minutes walk from house. Generally Casa Belvedere is just perfect. Great especially for large family or group of 6-8 people. We enjoyed our stay a lot! Great place and hosts. Tanja is a nice person, ready to help. The house was spotlessly clean, the big plus was the comprehensive kitchen equipment. Lovely pool, 3 balconies / terraces. 5 minutes walk from the house, two restaurants serving delicious food. 15 minutes by car from the beach, 10 minutes to Lake Kournas. A good place for large groups. These are actually two houses with separate entrances. The second has two bathrooms. So if you are going to, for example, 8 people, you have both a bit of privacy and you can spend time together. We would love to stay there again. Amazing place and hosts! Wir waren in der Wohnung Panorama zu Gast und dieser Name ist Programm. Es gibt einen herrlichen Ausblick in die Bergwelt wie auch auf das Meer. Die Wohnung ist großzügig, bietet viel Platz und ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In der Küche fehlt nichts, man könnte sich am Herd austoben, wenn man wollte, aber jedem Besucher seien die Dorftavernen ans Herz gelegt! Dieses Dorf nimmt seine Besucher gastfreundlich auf, man wird sofort begrüßt und gegrüßt, wie ich es ich lange Jahre nicht mehr erlebt habe. Für den täglichen Bedarf ist ein Bäcker und ein Minimarkt vor Ort und wer möchte, kann sich am täglichen Gemüseauto bedienen. Entspannen kann man auf den Balkonen oder der Dachterrasse mit Sonnenliegen und eigenem Jacuzzi. Wen es ans Meer zieht, ist in wenigen Minuten am kilometerlangen Sandstrand der Paralia Kourna. Die liebenswerte Gastgeberin ist jederzeit erreichbar und steht bei allen Fragen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen und werden sicher wiederkommen und das zu Freunden! You can almost only use superlatives to describe Casa Belvedere, its hostess and the village. We were guests in the Panorama apartment and the name says it all. There is a wonderful view of the mountains as well as the sea. The apartment is spacious, offers a lot of space and is very tastefully decorated. Nothing is missing in the kitchen, you could let off steam at the stove if you wanted, but the village taverns are recommended to every visitor! This village welcomes its visitors in a hospitable manner, one is greeted and greeted immediately in a way that I have not seen for many years. For daily needs there is a bakery and a mini market on site and those who want can help themselves from the daily vegetable car. You can relax on the balconies or on the roof terrace with sun loungers and a private jacuzzi. If you are drawn to the sea, you can reach the kilometer-long sandy beach of Paralia Kourna in just a few minutes. The lovable hostess is available at any time and is available to answer any questions you may have. We really enjoyed our time and will definitely come back and that to friends!
R	Renate Schuster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liebevoll restauriertes altes Haus im Dorf Kournas. Dort haben wir kretisches Dorfleben kennengelernt, nach 2 Wochen kennen einen die Leute im Dorf. Auch ein guter Platz um Ausflüge in alle Richtungen Kretas zu unternehmen. Das Meer ist nur 4 km entfernt, noch näher ist der Kournassee, ein Süßwassersee. Wir sind auch gerne direkt vom Haus weg gewandert. Bei einem Aufenthalt im Herbst, fanden wir dabei jede Menge Maroni. Tanja ist eine tolle Gastgeberin mit guten Tipps. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen braucht. Allerdings gibt es im Dorf mehrere gute und günstige Tavernen. Lovingly restored old house in the village of Kournas. There we got to know Cretan village life, after 2 weeks the people in the village know you. Also a good place to go on excursions in all directions of Crete. The sea is only 4 km away, and the Kournassee, a freshwater lake, is even closer. We also liked to hike right from the house. During a stay in autumn, we found a lot of chestnuts. Tanja is a great host with good tips. Everything you need for cooking is available in the apartment. However, there are several good and cheap taverns in the village.

Wspaniale odrestaurowana willa, z dbałościa o wszelkie detale - ukłony dla Właścicieli za dbałość o budynek i jego otoczenie. Nieskazitelnie czysto, przestronne wnętrza i bardzo wygodne łóżka. Świetnie wyposażona kuchnia (a właściwie dwie, ponieważ na piętrze jest również niewielki aneks kuchenny) - w trakcie pobytu pracowaliśmy zdalnie więc było to dla nas duże ułatwienie. Pięknie utrzymany basen z leżakami i miejscem na grilla, a jacuzzi na dachu z którego można noca obserwować gwieździste niebo to naprawdę wisieńka na torcie. Położenie willi jest świetne, w centrum małej, urokliwej miejscowości Kournas, z dala od tłumow turystów a jednocześnie raptem kilka minut jazdy samochodem od pieknych plaż w Paralia Kourna. Wprawdzie spędziliśmy w Kournas ledwie tydzień, to życzliwość i otwartość mieszkańców była niesamowita, wszyscy byli dla nas bardzo gościnni i codzień witali nas z uśmiechem, czuliśmy się prawie jakbyśmy byli częścia tej społeczności. To co sprawia że to miejsce jest tak niesamowite, i podkresla jego wyjatkowość to osoba właścicielki Tanji - jej gościnność, życzliwość, chęć do niesienia pomocy i uśmiech sprawi że wakacje w Casa Belvedere zapamiętacie na długo, bardzo polecam ! Absolutely phenomenal place, I spent a wonderful week with my family in June 2021. A wonderfully restored villa, with attention to every detail - congratulations to the owners for taking care of the building and its surroundings. Spotlessly clean, spacious inside and very comfortable beds. A well-equipped kitchen (actually two, because there is also a small kitchenette on the first floor) - we worked remotely during our stay, so it was a great help for us. A beautifully maintained swimming pool with sun loungers and a barbecue area, and a rooftop jacuzzi from which you can watch the starry sky at night is really the icing on the cake. The location of the villa is great, in the center of the charming little village of Kournas, away from the crowds of tourists and only a short drive from the beautiful beaches of Paralia Kourna. Although we spent only a week in Kournas, the friendliness and openness of the locals was amazing, everyone was very welcoming to us and greeted us with a smile every day, we almost felt as if we were part of this community. What makes this place so amazing and emphasizes its uniqueness is the person of the owner of Tanja - her hospitality, kindness, willingness to help and a smile will make you remember your holiday at Casa Belvedere for a long time, I highly recommend it!

Great pool outside and tub on the roof. And the best thing is Tanja the owner that helped us a lot with advices and so on. You must come

Nestled away from the main tourist riviera yet close enough to make the most out of it if you wanted to. The actual place itself is great. We had a lot of room, kitchen was handy to keep food in & make coffee/tea. Bathrooms were good size with good shower pressure. Beds are comfortable. Big couch to relax on. Use of the washing machine & clothes line out the back. Everything you could need! Close enough to the hustle and bustle but also in a quite street. Beautiful beach a short drive away (georgioupolis). Free parking right outside. Would highly recommend & hope I come back myself one day.
J	Jeff Carmichael on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I stayed in September last year (2020). We had such an amazing time there. The property was stunning. A modern villa with a Castle feel. The views from the roof, the heat by the cooling pool, the space and grand decor inside; perfect. We rented the whole property (as we were originally planning on more family being with us) But either apartment would have been more than enough for a family of four. The village is pure rustic charm, the locals are friendly and the restaurants are welcoming, serving great local food to the locals (and us lucky tourists who find this village) at very reasonable prices. Visit them all as they each have something special about them. Take some of their home made wine (they will fill up your empty water bottles off the table) back to the villa for relaxing outside at night listening to the sounds of the village slowly winding down. Tanja, our host, was so helpful and really looked after us. We did a lot of research into villas; they needed to tick all the boxes, and Casa Belvedere didn't disappoint. As soon as all is right in the world again we will be back.
