β β β β β OMG! I loved this 17th century family home converted into a top class boutique hotel. Our room was stunning with a lot of the original features. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were lovely a d looked after are every need. A special mention for the barman on the rooftop bar. The view from the rooftop bar over the old harbour is priceless. We can't wait to stay here again.

β β β β β Me and my wife have lived in this hotel for many years. We have tried almost all rooms and I highly appreciate the standard at Casa Delfino. For me working with interior design this is a must-see.
The staff is very kind and breakfast at the yard is beautiful.
Highly recommend this hotel!

β β β β β Casa Delfino was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! The hospitality and level of service is truly unmatched. Our room, the courtyard, and the rooftop bar were all incredibly beautiful. We also had services at the spa and were equally as pleased. We will be back!

β β β β β My family and I stayed at Casa Delfino for about a week this month. The hospitality is no short of phenomenal; having been to many different hotels in different countries, I can say that this is one of the most impressive that I have ever been to. We had tons of questions about tours, outings, etc. and the front desk gave us all the time in the world. I specifically would like to thank Chrissy and Eleni, since they spent so much time with us and were so lovely. The rooms are also really unique; ours was a two story suite, which really made it feel like we were staying in a Venetian villa. The breakfast is delicious as well, so many homemade products. Thank you all so much, we will be back!

The staff were very helpful and accommodating from the porter to the manger.. the rooms were comfortable and very clean

Margarita and her team - Maria, Antonis, Pei, Maria, Alex, Georgia, Lefferis, Theo - provided exceptional service and made our stay feel truly special. Lots of local recommendations for the charming town of Chania and organic, yummy treats onsite. We'll be back!

β β β β β More than just a 5 star hotel
Weβve stayed in many luxury hotels hotels but this one was noteworthy beyond the accommodations. First, the personalized service. From the moment that Alejandros zipped down in the golf cart to the (free) public parking area to welcome us and escort us up the winding streets of the old city and to our room (up the stairs, yes - you may have to actually walk up a couple flights of beautiful marble stairs!) we felt like weβd discovered a home away from home. We were captivated by the warmth and service every member of the staff provides β Chrissy, Marie, and Margaritte, the proprietor, who couldnβt have been more available and helpful in making our time in Crete an experience weβll long remember with amazing suggestions on sightseeing and the best restaurants! We even made new friends in the courtyard at breakfast because of the relaxed vibe of the hotel. For all of that, many thanks and bravo the Casa Delfino team!

β β β β β What an off-season discovery! Casa Delfino is a wonderful small hotel and spa! Sixth generation family run and everything is perfect! Every one of the staff was friendly and extremely helpful! Couldn't have been better! Stay here when you are in Chania if you can!
