★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed with my 2 year old daughter at Porto Columbo Hotel and it was an amazing stay. The staff is so nice and so helpful, and made best friends with my daughter. We both were very sad to leave this hotel because we knew nothing could compare to this stay. I highly recommend it if staying in Chania.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulous location just inside the Old Town. Historical hotel with comfortable rooms, super friendly and obliging staff. Biggest drawback is the absence of a lift so if you are on the third or fourth floor it is a walk up the stairs. Would come again for the location and welcoming staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've stayed here before, I stayed here in this vacation with my girlfriend and I will stay here every time I come to Greece if it's available. The most pleasant staff I've ever met, excellent rates, wonderful rooms, the breakfast they offer is delicious at a bargain 5 Euro a head, and they go out of their way to help with anything you need. Need a few more hours before check out? No problem. Want us to hold your souviniers for a few days, sure! Wonderful experience, and I can not give this place enough accolades for true customer satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best accommodation experience of my 10 day trip in Greece. The staff is absolutely amazing. Very caring, very professional, they treat you like a family member. They helped us organize our day trips, gave us tips on what to bisot, prepared breakfast bags when we had to get up early. We had a maisonette which is very lovely with a very comfortable bed. It was cleaned every day with no exception. The breakfast was the best part because they make everything fresh with a very wide range of options. Freshly squizzed orange juice every morning <3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice hotel, full of historic character, in the old port quarter. My room was spacious and well-appointed, although a window between my room and the interior hallway (set high, with privacy glass) did mean that there was light coming into the room throughout the night.
Location is wonderful, set away from the busier alleys of the quarter, although there are steps in the alley itself and all rooms are located on upper floors without any lift (as almost all buildings in this area are, due to their age), so bear that in mind if mobility is an issue.
Breakfast was simple yet good, with a decent amount of choice.
