★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights. I loved the flair of the hotel and the very warm and helpful staff. The rooms were spacious with a very nice view of the Harbour. The lovely ladies were accommodating all our needs with a smile on their face. The breakfast in the back yard met all expectations.We felt very welcome and at home.
If we ever come back to Crete we will most definitely come here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staying at the Domus Renier was a beautiful experience, and aside from the well appointed rooms, the people who manage the place really do go above and beyond to make the whole stay very relaxing and very personable. This alone was our highlight while we stayed in Chania. Thank you :)
Hot tip - be aware that there is no parking at the hotel, there is a nearby car park 5min away, but that can get busy. Avoid bringing a car if you can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent hotel in a perfect location. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable, with suggestions on restaurants, sightseeing, beaches and parking.
The room we had was incredible with a view of the port and plenty of space. The bed was also very comfortable.
Well worth staying in Chania's old town with plenty to do and see. This hotel was fantastic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What lovely hotel - what lovely and utterly professional people. We arrived there by coincidence since we wanted a hotel for a night in Chania before going to the beaches and we ended up staying there two nights more before leaving. The suite with views to the harbor is magnificient and so is the one with the internal patio. Breakfast is an utter treat. Room service from one of the best restaurants in Chania. Above all, I had the feeling that there was no limit to how far they would go to make our stay happy. I strongly recommend it and will return asap!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the vibe in this hotel. Limited number of rooms meant a much more personal service. Actual location was amazing being right on the harbour. BUT.....if you are driving there then RING THE HOTEL BEFOREHAND to get advice on where to park. You can't get anywhere near the hotel, car wise. Your car will have to be parked at least 15 mins walk. Breakfasts were fabulous with great choices and everything customisable. Would love to return at some point.
