Rooms were fine, clean but old. Photos do not really match but a great breakfast! Highly recommended for one or two nights.

The apartment was fine, air conditioning, wifi .... Everything ok. It was in a privileged place, within charming streets in the old town. Breakfast was the best, a very good and very assorted Greek yogurt, on a terrace in a very cool street.

We stayed in the highly prized suites in a very unfortunate timing. The room was great as it was but... We weren't welcomed by anyone, a neighboor guided us to the reception where we had to ring a bell and wait for the staff to appear from the tavern nearby. We visited Chania in the midst of a wild fire, it was a really hot day on its own and with the fire combined the temperature risede to 40 celsius degrees. We left our room to have and evening stroll in the old town and dine and by the time we got back we had no power. This means no air-condition, no warm water to bath, no refridgerator to have cold water to dring, no tv to get informed, no wifi. Nothing. We tried to find a staff to get some answers but no-one was on the reception, or replying on the phone. In the end another NEIGHBOOR told as that the power pilons were damaged by the fire and the power department was informed. And in the whole old town only our street was affected... So we spend a nightmarish night sweating in our overpaid now suite. We woke up early in the morning, still no member of the staff to be found, went out to have a breakfast and on our way back a 8am we saw the cleaning lady who then informed us that the receptioist will be here sortly. After ONE hour he finally came and we could then checkout and move on. I understand that the natural disaster was, well a force of nature but in a 4star hotel you make sure you have power generators to provide the facilities your customers paid for. Let me also mention that the same hotel had rooms in other ereas where the power was up normally and we could be transfered there (IF WE COULD FIND A STAFF MEMBER) TL;DR - Great room, hellish service

Simple structure. Maybe formerly was a tower. Romantic rooms with Jacuzzi. Nice location in the city not far away from the harbour located in a quiet street. Breakfast is served on little tables directly in the street. Nice for people watching

Fantastic Hideaway thats quirky bourjois with a sense of unique eclectic style. Its hot tub is a key feature and highly recommend for those who are looking for something with some character. Michalis is an excellent host and always welcomes you with greek hospitality. Love the room with the roof top terrace.

Deep in Old Town, but inside the calm picturesque street. Private table and chairs next to the entrance. Imaginatively arranged suite. And very helpful host. You can fix everything. Nearly ☺
