This is a wonderful place with very new and well kept apartments and facilities (the pool is amazing!). The onsite team go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay (thank you again Vangelis!)

This place is awesome. Fanatic location but up a steep hill so beware! Reclusive yet close to everything. Rooms are spacious, modern and decorated to a great standard. Staff are fab and extremely helpful. Will definitely return here ?

Great place to spend your holidays! Very clean and new. The service is amazing, they went out of their way to make our holiday perfect. The place is close to the beach, but outside of the chaos. You’ll have a relaxing stay and still be close to restaurants, beach and shops.

We couldn't recommend this place enough! Very well located, clean (spotless), a beautiful and calm swimming pool, very nice hosts, close to the beach, and a super functional apartment! If you want to relax and enjoy your stay, this is your go-to!

Had a fantastic week here. Vaggelis made sure we had everything we needed for our stay and was always available to answer any questions. I would recommend this place for couples looking a semi-private time as the pool is unlikely to be busy during your stay and its lovely and quiet yet very convenient for getting the local bus to Chania from the bus stop on the main road. There is a very steep but small hill leading up to the property that would not be suitable for anyone who isn't fit and able. You can of course rent a car your whole trip and not need to worry about the small hill. This is a very new complex so everything is in great condition and there is plenty of space. The sea views from the flats are beautiful as are those of the surrounding hills and landscape. Highly recommend this place.

Look we loved it. I'm not really sure that my family want me to share this amazing find. We're just coming to the end of an amazing 35 nights staying here and are already agreeing our next visit. The suites are owned and run by Vaggelis, his father, and mother. What a wonderful family. Vaggelis ensure that he greets all arriving and most departing guests. His parents visit daily to water the beautiful, landscaped gardens. Visit their website. The video on here is true to life. It really is this good If you need anything - transfers, trips, advice on restaurants or beaches, help booking covid tests, hire cars Vaggelis is the best concierge I've ever encountered! . We had a ground floor garden view apartment and it suited us with our 7 year old daughter. Everything you could possibly need, and more. A fully fitted high quality kitchen, living room, bathroom and comfy bedroom. Full wi-fi, a large smart TV on the wall complete with Spotify and Netflix ( though you won't want to sit inside with the beautiful pool, and all that the area has to offer). If you just want to lay by the pool you can, and you won't need a car. We didn't for most of our stay. Just ask Vaggelis to arrange you transfer from Chania Airport - it's under. €40 It's 8 minutes walk to the beach, a number of small supermarkets. There's probably 50+ bars and restaurants in less than 30 minutes walk. Do get the bus to The Old Venetian Harbour in Chania late in the evening. It's €1.60 one way, stops right at the bottom of the road and takes about 15 minutes. The lively Harbour with its historic buildings and bustling alleys is like something you'll not see anywhere else. All I can say is Please don't put the prices up! Once people find you they won't visit anywhere else in Crete This place is a real gem. Amazing quality. And lovely hosts. The family didn't treat us as favourite because we were here so long. - we witnessed them just being themselves with everyone. Thank you family Maravelakis!

We had a fabulous one week stay here. Very friendly and accommodating hosts. Wonderful pool (especially for our kids). Very close to the beach and restaurants.
