★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toplocatie, met zeer vriendelijke gastheer en gastvrouw die je van alle gemakken en comfort voorzien en meer: eigen gemaakte tsikoudiá, verse eieren, kruiden en fruit uit eigen tuin, honing en nog meer vewennerijen. Fijn zwembad, schitterend uitzicht, wasmachine, keuken van alle gemakken voorzien. Topbedden. Aanrader. Wel auto huren om naar Rhethymno te gaan en alle andere plekken op het mooie Criti te bezoeken.
Top location, with very friendly hosts who provide you with all the comforts and comforts and more: homemade tsikoudiá, fresh eggs, herbs and fruit from our own garden, honey and more treats. Nice pool, beautiful view, washing machine, kitchen fully equipped. Top beds. Recommended. Rent a car to go to Rhethymno and visit all the other places on beautiful Criti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The house is really thoughtfully decorated with traditional, modern furniture. We felt directly at home and didn’t miss a thing!
The hosts Ino & Antonis have been very thoughtful and have been always available for questions or if we needed recommendations!
We can only recommend this location because everything was perfect and you have a beautiful view especially from the pool area!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have just returned from the most wonderful stay at Casa Spanos. The house is beautifully built and finished in an eclectic style; a mixture of traditional and original. It is obvious that the owners have created it with a lot of love.
The beds are very comfortable, aircon super efficient, and all that needs to work, works to perfection. There are plenty of towels, adequate kitchen utensils and a large array of cups, glasses, plates etc. In short, a proper kitchen for those who wish to self cater. The swimming pool is small but very clean and perfect for cooling off. The garden area is large and includes a romantic little hideaway table so that you can actually imagine you’ve gone to a small taverna by yourselves.
Ino was very responsive to all of my (many) questions about places to go, restaurants to eat in etc., and thanks to her we had some excellent meals. There were some personal gestures which I will not reveal as I don’t want to spoil the surprises ?
In short, go there! But not too often so that they will still be space for us!

The house is so cozy with lots of space for a family or a group of friends! One of the best places I ve stayed for that price range! Money for value and more!
