k	kostas pap on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ περιποιημένα δωμάτια σε κεντρικότατο σημείο του Ηρακλείου. Εξαιρετική φιλοξενία από τον οικοδεσπότη. Συγχαρητήρια!!! Very well-kept rooms in a very central part of Heraklion. Excellent hospitality from the host. Congratulations!!!
B	Bartek Dziwak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brzydka, niehigieniczna łazienka pełna pleśni na ścianach, pokój ciemny, zlokalizowany poniżej poziomu ulicy, w pokoju nieprzyjemny zapach, który pozostał na ubraniach jeszcze kilka dni po opuszczeniu obiektu. Prywatna łazienka nie oznacza, że jest ona w pokoju - to zupełnie inne pomieszczenie kilka metrów od wejścia do pokoju. Bardzo głośno w nocy - jednostka zewnętrzna klimatyzacji zaraz przy oknie. Brak ciepłej wody w łazience (pojawiła się dopiero po interwencji u właściciela, który kazał nam samodzielnie obsługiwać przełączniki w szafie elektrycznej). Właściciel szybko reagował na zgłoszenia, ale problemy się mnożyły. Na koniec, po naszym wyjeździe anulował rezerwację, aby uniemożliwić nam ocenę obiektu. Obiekt tani, ale zdecydowanie nie polecam. Na plus: dobra lokalizacja, gospodarz sprawiał wrażenie bardzo pomocnego i miłego (do czasu), dobra cena. Generalnie jednak nie polecam - w mieście jest znacznie więcej lepszych miejsc. Ugly, unhygienic bathroom full of mold on the walls, dark room, located below street level, unpleasant smell in the room that remained on clothes for a few days after leaving the facility. A private bathroom doesn't mean it's in a room - it's a completely different room a few meters from the entrance to the room. Very noisy at night - air conditioning outdoor unit right by the window. No hot water in the bathroom (it appeared only after the owner intervened, who told us to operate the switches in the electrical cabinet on our own). The owner was quick to respond to requests, but the problems multiplied. Finally, after our departure, he canceled the booking to prevent us from evaluating the property. The facility is cheap, but I definitely do not recommend it. On the plus side: good location, the host seemed very helpful and nice (pending), good price. Generally, however, I do not recommend - there are much more better places in the city.
Π	ΠΑΡΑΣΚΕΥΗ ΜΠΑΚΟΛΑ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Από τα πιο όμορφα και καθαρά δωμάτια που έχω μείνει στο Ηράκλειο.Φοβερα λειτουργικά γιατί είναι στο κέντρο του Ηρακλείου και φτάνεις πανευκολα σε όλους τους προορισμούς Πολυ οικονομικά και σαν δωμάτιο σου παρείχε τα πάντα που χρειάζεται μια οικογένεια..Ο ιδιοκτήτης είναι φοβερά ευγενικός και φιλότιμος ανθρώπος και μας βοήθησε πολύ σε ότι χρειαστηκαμε.Ακομα και για να εξερευνήσουμε τη πόλη μας παρείχε πολλές πληροφορίες και πάντα με όμορφο και ευγενικό τρόπο μας βοηθούσε..Νιώσαμε την πραγματική Κρητική φιλοξενία..Ευχαριστούμε πολύ,!!! Θα ξαναερθούμε σιγουρα.!!!! Συνιστώ αυτά τα δωμάτια ανεπιφύλακτα.!!!!!??? One of the most beautiful and clean rooms I have stayed in Heraklion. Awesome functional because it is in the center of Heraklion and you can easily reach all destinations Very economically and as a room provided everything a family needs .. The owner is very kind and respectful man and helped us a lot in everything we needed.Even to explore our city he provided a lot of information and always helped us in a beautiful and kind way..We felt the real Cretan hospitality..Thank you very much, !!! We will definitely come again. !!!! I highly recommend these rooms !!!!! ???
Α	Αθηνά Κουτρουμπέλη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ιδιαίτερα φιλικό και ζεστό περιβάλλον. Το σημείο στο οποίο βρίσκονται τα διαμερίσματα είναι αρκετά προνομιακό καθώς είναι στο κέντρο της πόλης και μπορεί κάποιος να έχει εύκολα πρόσβαση χωρίς αυτοκίνητο. Πολύ σημαντικό είναι το γεγονός ότι υπάρχει γυμναστήριο στο ισόγειο. Όσον αφορά τον ιδιοκτήτη είναι πολύ εξυπηρετικός και φιλόξενος και μας διευκόλυνε σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Particularly friendly and warm environment. The location of the apartments is quite privileged as it is in the city center and one can easily access it without a car. It is very important that there is a gym on the ground floor. As for the owner he is very helpful and hospitable and made it easy for us in everything we needed.

L	Laure R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent one night through booking and the man told us we can contact him directly the next time, so that's what I did months later for my friend : I asked for a room but didn't ask again for the price because I thought the guy was honest ! Big mistake, he asked double the price for my friend alone, saying that's a cheap price for a studio ? For me this is clearly cheating because I asked the day before for one room and he didn't tell nothing about studio and nothing about the new price (furthermore, what he calls studio with beautiful view is just a room to small filled with ofen, washing machine... You can't even open the window...). Even if it's summer, the price is not justified and his method is not honest. You can find better in Heraklio for better price ! Avoid this man, he is not good !
