★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the chance to buy some magnificent traditional embroidery art for presents and Maria's art book that was published recently. A very nice shop for traditional Cretan arts, in a historical building of Chania. We went there at the end of season and had the chance to meet the owner Maria, a lovely person with passion for her art. Maria even served us a delicious homemade liqueur made of raki and local herbs. I definitely recommend to stop by. It's also close to the Schiavo Bastion Lookout where there is a parking and to the Synagogue. We also took some panoramic pictures of the old town with stunning views during the sunset.
