★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked 2 rooms and both AC's didn't work. We checked in late at night so the front desk receptionist was the only one left in charge, and he didn't know what to do. Took an hour and a half to get the AC running. We only stayed for 1 night and it was quite an unpleasant experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would recommend only if you are there for one day or night and have to catch the ferry in the morning as location is very good and close to port as well as local transport bus station and airport !
We were in triple room. Price seems very high compared to room size and kind. The bathroom area for shower was very congested only 1 or 1.5 feet in length..the lift is very small it can accommodate either you or your luggage.

Hotel staff were fantastic allowing us an early checkin as well as assisting with taxi bookings and printing of forms etc. Made us feel very welcome and well supported, a great team at the life hotel. Thank you!
