★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best hotel experience so far on Crete. We were there twice, for 2 nights. Very clean rooms, excellent sea view (with sunrise and sunset). The pool was also clean. Breakfast is nice and delicious, only the service might be slow. There are two great taverns at 1-2 min walk. Very convenient location for visiting Falasarna and Balos.

The hotel is right near the sea, sea view apartment is must have. There is good pool, which is fun for the children.
Because of the situation there were no breakfast but you may order from the menu. Whatever we tasted was quite delicious and the coffee was great.

I just have to complain that no air conditioning was working at all!
I would’ve expected also at least a bottle of water as welcoming.
But overall good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice hipster-ish place to stay in at Kissamos. Nice basic rooms, great breakfast options, great view. The hotel is not really on the beach though, you have to walk a bit for that. We had some problems at check in, not exactly the most hospitable attitude from the manager, but in the end everything got solved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel in a spectacular position with rooms that are literally on the beach, you have a wonderful view from the balcony and that, not it, on the back you have a beautiful big swimming pool, the hotel it is all new, the rooms are really clean and the room service bring it new every day, in your room you have everything you need so than you just have to enjoy your holiday. The staff is really nice and helpful, they can help you with everything you need.
The position of the hotel is really good to reach other wonderful beaches in a few minutes. If a place were to come back again and again.

Had a room with a sea view and balcony. You can relax in the room and hear the sea waves all day and night it’s wonderful.
Room - great size. Hairdryer in bathroom, towels refreshed daily.
Kitchenette - good sized fridge with small freezer box, 2 hobs and everything needed for cooking and serving food.
Pool great sized and sun on it all day. Enclosed so shielded from sea winds. Small enclosed area for toddlers. Good length and deep for diving too.
Bar area on ground floor at front of hotel is beautiful, inviting and has wonderful sea views. Everything reasonably priced .
Staff all friendly. Housekeepers very welcoming. Don’t forget to leave a tip. It’s a tough job for them.
