Really nice people. Clean room, well located. We loved the breakfast on the terrace.

Pleasant family atmosphere, delicious homemade orange marmalade, fresh orange juice and the best view in Kissamos from the top terrace.

Clean room, friendly stuff! Stayed there only for a night and we are pleased with the facilities the hotel provided, the breakfast was above average!

That's just an amazing and unforgettable experience we had at Argo Rooms! It has already passed more than 2 weeks that we left this amazing place and people and we still remember them with a smile on our faces! We were greeted and treated like a family members with nice small talks, explanations, recommendations and small surprises. This is the place you leave with tears of joy in your eyes and you want to return immediately after you left it. Room was very large, with a magnificent view, beautiful large terrace and extremely comfy and clean (with special anti-COVID measures of room items packed in plastic bags) and, in addition, it was cleaned every day. Communication: that was just a pleasure to communicate with the owners who were always welcoming and glad to help, give recommendations and help you in any possible way! We just loved them like our own family! Finding Place: the hotel is situated in front of the sea on the central promenade street so you won't miss it for sure. Check-In: we were kindly allowed to check-in much earlier than it was planned and we were asked just for a basic information that is required by Government according to COVID-19 measures (information can be sent by email so it's super easy and handy). Room Number: 31 (last floor with the terrace) Room Overview: it's a very large, well maintained room with amazing view on multiple sides including the sea. You got everything you need in the room: beautiful (very new) bathroom, comfortable beds (we had 3 in total), fridge, kettle + cups, wardrobes, tables, ... Bathroom: very new, clean, properly working bathroom with a douche and all toiletries you need Sleeping: sleeping experience is just amazing: you got windows facing the sea and if you open them you can feel and hear the sea when you sleep and when you wake up. It's just an amazing feeling and it's hard to explain, it just needs to be tried yourself. Internet: Wi-Fi was available in all the building with a very good speed (enough to watch films and streaming video). We had some issues with connectivity on the upper floor but I think it might be the issue of my phone as far as the tablet was doing much better. Parking: there are plenty free on-street parking places just near the hotel. You can park your car so it's visible from your balcony (very useful). Location: the hotel is super well situated just in the middle of everything: you got nice restaurants, beaches and supermarkets just in a few minutes of walking. We even were going to Elafonissi Beach 4 days in a row (leaving in the morning and returning in the evening) from this hotel (though it was a bit far) but we just didn't want to leave this place! Check-Out: we had absolutely no issues with the check-out process itself but it was really hard to leave these amazing people and this wonderful place. We were offered even more presents when we were leaving but, unfortunately, we couldn't take them as far as we had only hand luggage in our airplane. Recommendations: we do recommend this place to anyone coming to Crete! This is the hotel you want to return again and again and you can be sure that you will be more than welcome, you will have a great stay and it will be really hard to leave it (just to return back next time as soon as possible). We love love love this place! The views are stunning and the service is great!! The only thing for us was the tiny shower. The rest was very good.
