Very nice room, clean and comfortable. The bathroom a bit small but fine too. The worst part was the noise at night, the music was crazily loud on the street and couldn't sleep. Needs soundproofing windows or give the customer this information, so they can choose whether to stay or not. If you go to enjoy the night life is fine as you probably will go to bed when they stop, but otherwise can be an upsetting nightmare.

Excellent location, interesting room, but getting sleep is challenging due to all night music frim a club. Towel changing policy is a mistery for me, floor in room 10 should have been repaired

Great place! I will definitely come back! Four stars couse: After 7pm the check-in is held at another hotel. Unfortunately we didn't recieved a message about it and lost a lot of time. It's really confusing

We had quite a terrible experience checking in at Colors Hotel. There are three (at least) hotels by this name in Thessaloniki, and we had booked a room in Colors Apartments (the address was written in our booking confirmation, so this definitely could not be our mistake). Alas, when we arrived, the doors of said hotel were shut, and our knocks were left unanswered. We were left with no choice but to call the manager, wasting a lot of money due to roaming prices, and he took some time explaining that they had emailed us (which wasn't the case, we've checked) about a change in our booking. Now we had to take a nice journey on foot with all our luggage to another hotel - Colors Urban, where the said manager resided. Here comes the best part, because when we said - rather calmly - that we are not, erm, happy with what was happening up till that moment, he said, and I quote: "Please, don't give me your attitude, if you don't want me to give you mine". Needless to say that it left us without words. Then he gave us some flyer for two 'welcome drinks' and finally the keys to our room... in yet another Colors hotel - Ladadiki! Where we also had to walk and then drag our suitcases up some VERY steep circle stairs, because the only elevator from the ground floor was said to be 'strictly for staff'. As for the hotel itself, well, the room was fine, AC worked flawlessly, which is crucial in 40°C+ climate. Sadly, though we asked for two single beds (and it was confirmed in an email by the hotel) we were given a double bed instead. Also some of the bathroom expendables - hair conditioners, lotions - seemed to be already used by previous guests, also the kettle was a bit glitchy, but other than that - a pleasant room indeed. Concerning breakfast - not very impressive: the assortment was rather poor, also fruit and vegetables didn't seem fresh, but they brew a nice variety of coffee - hot&cold - which is included in the price. On our departure we met the receptionist of the Ladadiki hotel (for the first time, actually) and she was really nice and helpful, she checked us out and called us a taxi. If you got to this part of my long review, then you probably need to know that we obviously don't recomnend any of Colors hotels (and that we didn't use our Welcome Drink flyer, 'cause we wouldn't bother)

Nice hotel, great location BUT - very loud music at night until 04.00 in the morning! If you are coming to party - great. If you want to sleep at night - forget about it! Can't say i will come back, bad experience.

We really enjoyed our stay in Thessaloniki, and this is all thanks to wonderful staff of COLORS hotel. George was really helpful even helping us during booking - but he made our onboarding even smoother when we arrived late to the city. Colors hotel ladadika is in the heart of the city, and we found everything in walking distances. We are definitely coming back again.
