Great location but pictures might be a bit deceiving. The floor in the room is full of markings. Generally rooms feel very cold and not cozy. You can order breakfast the same day to the room, but the staff forgot to bring mine and was absolutely unapologetic about it, suggested I order it next time earlier. The service was generally mediocre.

Definitely overpriced & overrated Nothing luxury about the hotel from the first step you take in. Hotel entrance is not easy to see as there are renovations on the exterior of the building and also it is mostly a pedestrian street-so you cannot reach with your vehicle. The entrance might be a real challenge with suitcases too. We have stayed for 4 nights at the first floor, wanted an upper floor but told it was not possible- which might be understandable if the staff acted more kindly, but this wasn’t the case at all. Rooms are spacious. This is one of the only pros of the hotel. Rooms are really big, you can travel with loads of luggage and still find place to your own in the room. Nevertheless the design is poor-lets say very very minimalistic. You don’t feel any luxuriousness or trendiness in the room design, but just basic needs are covered. Flat tv is too small for the room, not really watcheable international tv channels or netflix. Shower has no door and due to the angle of the tap, it is impossible not to splash water outside of the shower. Also the mechanism for the shower is not clear. Anyway it is good that shower and wc are separated but not in a trendy/luxury way. Wc is really unbearable, it is the smallest cubicle for such a large room. If you close the door of the wc, you feel like suffocating. Also the wc is too high even for a 180cm height person, you have to sit while your feet don’t touch the floor-very uncomfortable and strange-nothing luxury about it as the hotel proclaims itself. The bathroom amenities are ok but not renewed everyday, so as the complimentary drinks in the minibar-you have to call the reception and ask for renewal. Not a premium feeling... One thing impressive about the hotel is that you are given a complimentary smartphone with unlimited data & international calls during your stay. This was really thoughtful. It could also be really practical if only the operating system, the RAM, battery life and camera capabilities of the phone were not so poor. Therefore using that phone was such a pain most of the time. Maybe if it allowed hotspot, it could be more convenient-as you would have used your own phone instead... The breakfast in room might be a nice thing for a boutique hotel but this one definitely lacks the premium touch, or lets say any touch at all. It is served in a a very basic way. A tray not even a trolley at first might be acceptable if the content is good, but this wasn’t the case. Very basic stuff like in a motel/bed&breakfast. And even the beverages are served cold as there are no pots. The juices are served but really bad taste & better not to try... Overall a very very moderate hotel lacking of comfort, luxury and trendiness in a very lively & central neighborhood. Could have been a little bit more satisfied if the price/performance wasn’t this bad & wasn’t promoted as a luxury hotel but maybe a bed&breakfast with a spacious room & central location.

Very clean. Nice staff. Way too much tasty breakfast. Big negatives were spartan cement floors and shower that got water all over the bathroom, leading to very slippery footing. We got very tired of the cold hard floor.

Junior suite is overpriced for what it offers, not even a complimentary bottle of water. Floor is covered in marks. Couch and armchair covered in stains, especially the chair looked absolutely disgusting. I can't believe someone in their right mind thought that chair belongs in a hotel room. Shower has no door so the whole bathroom floor is covered in water after use. Cheapest toilet paper on the market. Everything else was just ok. Receptionist was friendly. Competition offers much more for the same and even lower prices.

Very clean room with new furniture. All the basics were covered. English breakfast was great. Centrally located in Thessaloniki within walking distance from all major attractions and also close to a nice area with restaurants. They do not have their own private parking but they will provide you with a map to nearby affordable parking lots. Would deffinetly go there if i will go to Thessaloniki again

We booked to stay there for 3 nights via mobile because we needed a place in Thessaloniki with free parking. The receptionist was overall incredibly rude to us and said that we have to drive 600-700m away from the hotel and pay an additional 15€ per night to a private parking/garage in the city. When we asked for a refund she was stalling for over an hour making excuses and after that she refused us our right to an official complaint form, as she specifically said “we dont have complaint forms! We are not obliged to have them!” Terrible service, we definitely DO NOT recommend this place

The rooms are spacious, well designed and newly equipped. However the space is not used in a very efficient way (empty corners and walls, lack of chairs, shelves and table for the breakfast tray, impractical bathroom layout and shower). Breakfast is good, but having to eat the same small variety every morning without having space to sit and enjoy except on bed, was not very pleasant. The staff wasn't very helpful and our overall service experience was not up to the standards. We had to wait outside in the cold for the receptionist to open the main door manually for us to get in. The small lobby (because the classical building is preserved) need some redesign and renovation to be at the same level as the nicely decorated rooms, and the smell issues in the lobby and inside the elevator should be solved. The location of the hotel is perfect, centrally located inside the old town and close to the port, the waterfront, the main squares and all city attractions. The place has a big potential but shouldn't be called a "luxurious boutique hotel" in my opinion.

Great hotel, in a fantastically vibrant location, yet surprisingly quiet. Staff are very polite and the breakfast was awesome with fresh eggs, fruit, loads of savoury products, decent coffee and fruit juice. The room was a decent size, very clean and well air conditioned. Don’t be put off with just how central this is - once you’ve closed your window you hear nothing. One minute walk from the seafront Great value and would deffo stay here again.
