Δεν κάνουν παραδόσεις σε πολλές περιοχές της Αττικής και τα δίνουν σε άλλες μικρές εταιρίες με αποτέλεσμα να αργούν οι παραδόσεις υπερβολικά! They have probably taken over the shipments from Banggood and we have painted it normally! They do not make deliveries in many areas of Attica and give them to other small companies resulting in deliveries being too late!
k	kAtsoulis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ παραγγελια 65ευρω απο banggood 24 ιανουαριου 2022, εφτασε ελλαδα 3 φλεβαρη κι ακομα δεν μου εχει παραδοθει. οσες φορες πηρα τηλ ισχυριζονταν οτι φταιει το τελωνειο γιατι κραταει καποια δεματα επιτηδες και δεν βγαζουν ακρη ουτε αυτοι . ΠΗΡα στο τελωνειο τηλ και μου ειπαν οτι δεν φταινε αυτοι αλλα η κομετ εχει κανει παρατυπιες και οτι ειναι αλλου τα δεματα γιατι αυτοι δεν εχουν αποθηκες.... και οι μερες περνανε ... edit 1: περασε το πασχα μπηκε μαης κι ακομα δεν φανηκε το δεμα. orders 65 euros from banggood January 24, 2022, arrived in Greece on February 3 and has not been delivered to me yet. Every time I called, they claimed that the customs was to blame because they were holding some parcels on purpose and they did not leave either. I got to the customs phone and they told me that it was not their fault but the comet has done irregularities and that the packages are elsewhere because they do not have warehouses .... and the days passed ... edit 1: Easter has passed, May has come and the package has not been seen yet.
E	EMMANOUIL KALOMIRIS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση. Έλαβα χθες μήνυμα απο Banggood οτι θα λάβω το πακέτο από 13-18 Απριλίου και σήμερα 10 το πρωί μου το έφεραν γρήγορα. Μάλιστα έλαβα πιο γρήγορα το δέμα, απ΄ότι το μήνυμα ότι έχει δρομολογηθεί σήμερα η παράδοση στη διεύθυνσή μου :) Very good service. Yesterday I received a message from Banggood that I will receive the package from April 13-18 and today at 10 in the morning they brought it to me quickly. In fact, I received the parcel faster than the message that the delivery to my address has been launched today :)
N	Nikos Pap on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επειδή ως επιχείρηση αποτελούσε για ένα διάστημα τη μοναδική σωστά οργανωμένη εταιρεία ταχυμεταφορών, δεν θα γίνω αυστηρότερος. Όμως όπως φαίνεται υπάρχει κορεσμός και γίνονται προωθήσεις αποστολών σε συνεργάτες (για τις οποίες αποστολές συνεχίζουν να είναι υπεύθυνοι). Όταν πετάς λοιπόν μια αποστολή στην Easy Mail, είναι σα να την πετάς στα σκουπίδια. Οπότε αν αυτή είναι η αντιμετώπιση της Comet στις αποστολές, τότε σε λίγο η βαθμολογία θα προσαρμοστεί στα χαμηλά επίπεδα εξυπηρέτησης που "απολαμβάνουν" το τελευταίο διάστημα οι πελάτες της. Because for a while it was the only well-organized courier company, I will not be stricter. But as it seems there is saturation and missions are promoted to partners (for which missions continue to be responsible). So when you send a message to Easy Mail, it is like throwing it in the trash. So if this is Comet's approach to shipments, then in a little while the rating will be adjusted to the low levels of service that its customers have been "enjoying" lately.

As per status, "recipient is absent and not answering calls", however, I've tried to call back right after they called but no answer. I've decided to go to their office the following week to pickup my parcel, but I was told to go back the next day 'cause they have my parcel in their storage area which is in a different location. (The idea of having the parcels in a different location does not really make sense.) Be sure to call them before heading to their office. Thanks to the staff who tried to help! It's such a relief to get my parcel.

For example: not picking up phones in their stores, they send customers to unknown addresses to pickup , they sent parcels back to sender after a few days without a notification , not respecting covid rules in their stores ... and more!
