Α	Αναστασια Τσαντιρη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι. Εδώ και 2 μήνες μου έχουν χάσει ενα, πληρωμένο απο εμένα δεμα, και ενω ειπαν πως θα το αντικαταστήσουν ακόμα περιμένω. Δεν μπορώ να επικοινωνήσω προφανώς μαζι τους,οταν καλώ συνέχεια μου κλείνουν τη γραμμή ή μου λένε πως θα με ενημερώσουν εκείνοι. Προφανώς δεν θα με καλέσουν ποτέ. Unacceptable. For the past 2 months I have lost a parcel, paid by me, and while they said they would replace it I am still waiting. I obviously can not contact them, when I keep calling they close my line or tell me that they will inform me. Obviously they will never call me.
Ν	Ν Ν on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μακράν η χειρότερη μεταφορική που υπάρχει. Η παραγγελία μου βρίσκεται στις αποθήκες τους από 22/11 σε διαδικασία δρομολόγησης, έχει πάει 2/12 και ακόμα δεν έχει παραδοθεί. Μεγάλο σφάλμα από την ΙΚΕΑ η συνεργασία με μία τόσο αναξιόπιστη μεταφοική. Καμία ενημέρωση από κανέναν, πλήρης αδιαφορία. By far the worst metaphor there is. My order is in their warehouses from 22/11 in the process of routing, it has gone 2/12 and has not been delivered yet. A big mistake from IKEA is the cooperation with such an unreliable transport company. No information from anyone, complete indifference.
M	Melenia Alexandraki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είχα κανονισμένο και πληρωμένο ραντεβού για συναρμολόγηση επίπλου από το IKEA, όμως δεν με πήραν ποτέ να κανονίσουμε την ακριβή ώρα όπως μου είπαν απο το κατάστημα κατά το κλείσιμο του ραντεβού. Αφού τους πήρα εγώ τηλέφωνο το πρωι της προκαθορισμένης ημέρας, μου είπαν οτι κανονικά θα έπρεπε καποιος να με έχει πάρει και μου είπαν οτι θα μου τηλεφωνήσει ο τεχνικός εντός της επόμενης ώρας. Μου τηέφώνησε με καθυστέρηση κάποιος και μου είπε αν θελετε σήμερα το μεσημέρι μόνο μεταξύ 15:00-16:00. Τους εξήγησα οτι είχα πάρει αδεια από την δουλειά μου για να είμαι εκεί την συγκεκριμένη ημέρα και οτι η μόνη ώρα που δεν μπορούσα ήταν αυτή γιατι παίρνω τα παιδιά μου από το σχολείο. Με ύφος και στυλ κόψτε τον λαιμό σας μου είπε οτι μόνο τότε μπορεί και αν μου αρέσει διοτι διαφορετικά να πάρω να κανονίσω ραντεβου άλλη ημέρα και ώρα. Τους ξανακάλεσα στην εταιρεία delatolas και μου είπαν τα ίδια. Ζήτησα να μιλήσω με τον προιστάμενο και μου είπαν οτι θα προωθήσουν τπο αίτημα μου όμως δεν επικοινώνησε ποτε κανείς. Απαράδεκτοι και αντιεπαγγελματίες. Ειλικρινά απορώ πως το κατάστημα ΙΚΕΑ συνεργάζεται μαζί τους. Προφανώς και παραπονέθηκα και στο ΙΚΕΑ. I had an arranged and paid appointment for assembling furniture from IKEA, but they never took me to arrange the exact time as I was told by the store at the end of the appointment. After I called them the morning of the scheduled day, they told me that normally someone should have picked me up and told me that the technician would call me within the next hour. Someone called me late and told me if you want today at noon only between 15: 00-16: 00. I explained to them that I had taken leave from work to be there that day and that the only time I could not be was because I was picking up my children from school. I called them again at delatolas and they told me the same. I asked to speak to the boss and they told me that they would forward my request but no one ever contacted me. a	aggeliki nikolaidou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 ραντεβού για παράδοση και απλά δεν έρχονται ποτέ. Τους παίρνεις τηλ κ αν είσαι τυχερός κ απαντήσουν προωθούν το αίτημα σου μην πω που. Κανείς δεν είναι υπεύθυνος κ κανείς δεν έχει ιδέα που βρίσκεται η παραγγελία σου! Το ποίημα τους είναι θα σας καλέσει κάποιος σε λίγο κ φυσικά δεν σε καλεί κανείς ΠΟΤΕ! Επισης με ενημέρωσαν κ από την συναρμολόγηση πως αν δεν έρθει η παραγγελία μου στο προκαθορισμένο ραντεβού κ την επόμενη έχω ραντεβού για συναρμολόγηση θα χρεωθώ το ραντεβού δίπλα.. Για γέλια κ για κλάματα! 2 appointments for delivery and just never come. You call them and if you are lucky and they respond, they forward your request, do not say where. No one is responsible and no one has an idea where your order is! Their poem is that someone will call you in a little while and of course no one will NEVER invite you! I was also informed by the assembly that if my order does not arrive at the pre-arranged appointment and the next day I have an appointment for assembly I will be charged for the appointment next door .. For laughs and cries!

I scheduled a delivery of important IKEA furniture (including a bed to sleep in!) with one week advance, and they are already 4 days late and nobody will return my phone calls. They tried to complete the delivery with 1 day delay, gave the wrong details and furniture to the driver, and never tried to even call me back to re-arrange. It's a shame that IKEA chooses this service considering how many people take advantage of it

Waiting 10 days for the company to do the fitting from ikea furniture and last night at 8pm they say they can't do it until Monday and still can't say what time they will able to do the job.... Not at all surprised about the terrible reviews.... Zero 0 service
