★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go there, when we found out that there where no vegan option they said we could eat plain toast with fries ? we still wanted to leave and they charged 1 euro because my girlfriend changed her cloth on the bathroom, suddenly they started shouting that they are not silly and became really unfriendly ... Absolute No-Go!!!! ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst food experience in Crete so far:
- my friend found a black hair in the greek salad ?
- tzatziki didn't taste good and fresh like it was made on the previous day or earlier
- there was no table cover (usually they put a paper one)
- horta (green boiled vegetables, looks like a kind of grass) was not in the menu, but the waitress recommended it and I like it...so I ordered, the taste was ok, but the price in the bill was 7 EUR which is a rip off for me (comparing to other dishes:greek salad costed 6 EUR, calamari 8 EUR) and a tourist trap because you don't see the price since it's not in the menu. Of course I could have asked for the price, but I've eaten it in so many tavernas in Crete that I know it should not cost more than 3-4 EUR

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used their toilet to change my clothes and my boyfriend asked for the menu because we only eat plantbased. They don’t have vegan options, only toast and fries. We decided to go and try out another place (our other friends wanted to stay at this place).
Then they started shouting at us.... They wanted to charge one euro for me using their toilet. They became very agressive... Don’t go there!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the nicest tavernas we know. The food is always delicious and served with a smile. It’s as close to real (home cooked food) as you’ll find anywhere on a south Crete beach. Highly recommended.
