Der Besitzer ist sehr Hilfsbereit und immer gut gelaunt.
Sehr zu empfehlen!

Poor repair, hard and not comfortable mattresses. There are no locks in the bathroom, it's dirty. The view is bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ die Ferienwohnung liegt etwas außerhalb und hat sehr grosse Zimmer. Der Garten sowie der Pool sind super und ein sehr netter und aufmerksamer Vermieter.
The apartment is located just outside and has very large rooms. The garden and the pool are great and a very nice and attentive landlord.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Haus ist ziemlich neu und sauber. Garten ist sehr schön und der Pool ist direkt vor der Haustür. Der Besitzer ist hilfsbereit und steht in seiner Taverne, die übrigens auch sehr zu empfehlen, für Fragen bereit.

The house is pretty new and clean. Garden is very nice and the pool is right on your doorstep. The owner is helpful and is available in his tavern, which also highly recommended, for questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolle große Unterkunft, netter Vermieter, guter Service (bei Bedarf zwischendurch Reinigung und handtuchwechsel)
Wenn man ein Problem hat kommt die Tochter des Vermieters schnell und hilft gern.
Ausstattung ist etwas gering, es fehlte n Grundausstattung in der Küche (Handtücher, Lappen, schwamm, Salz oder öl u.ä.), die Lampen auf der terasse waren etwas spärlich, so dass wir abends doch recht dunkel saßen.
Der Pool ist toll und man findet Orangen, Zitronen und minze im Garten
Great large accommodation, nice landlord, good service (if necessary in between cleaning and change of towels)
If you have a problem, the landlord's daughter comes quickly and likes to help.
Equipment is a bit small, it lacked n basic equipment in the kitchen (towels, rags, sponge, salt or oil, etc.), the lamps on the terrace were a bit sparse, so that we were in the evening quite dark.
The pool is great and you can find oranges, lemons and mint in the garden

Pool is just 3 steps down the garden next to a BBQ free to use.
Different to most apartments in Matala it is very quiet both during day and night. To the beach it's just a 10 minute walk.
The owner is always in a good mood and tries to help, wherever he can.
Overall a very very nice home to our Cretan-adventure!
